I get that people loved the game, but man do SWG players sound like those dudes in Japan who never got the message WWII was over.

December of '12, I think? Right after 1.6.1 dropped. I had originally meant to make SWTOR my first MMO at launch, then life got in the way and I didn't pick it up until then. Spent approximately 10 hours in game before I subbed, and have been here ever since.

Easiest way I've found to level Artifice to 400 is to just craft 10 of the highest level of hilt you can purchase the schematic for, then buy the next one, rinse/repeat. After 400 it gets a little trickier, I think...been a while since I finished my crafting skills off.

I don't know how much the rest of the guild has dropped on mats since this started, but I know I was prerparing for crafting for the last week or so, hoarding mats. And props to the Triumph folks for having a system that works to get Commanders. It's annoying as Hell when you're on the other side, but it's admirable how well it works!

I used this guide to get all my crew skills to 400: http://www.swtor-holo.net/swtor-crafting-skills/swtor-artifice-leveling-guide.html So, with being at 65 Artifice, you want to make some level 5 Hilts (each one will get you 2 points, so you'll need to make 8, which will put you at 81 when you're done). Then go back to your trainer and get the schematic for level 6 hilt - wash, rinse, repeat until you get to 400. I don't recall how I got from 400-450, but it wasn't too difficult, just time consuming.

Cautiously optimistic at this point, having seen only a trailer and a paragraph about it - but dang it all if this doesn't seem awesome! Goose, she may have gotten that lovin' feelin' back...

Cool, thanks for the fix. Saved me the aggravation of discovering it when trying to log into the game later today. I hadn't even looked at my authenticator since upgrading the phone last night.

Khem's appearance doesn't change with equips. The only way to change how he looks (along with Bowdaar and I'm guessing the droids) is through Companion Customizations that you equip onto them. The gear is still working, it just doesn't change his appearance. Hope that explains it.

I'm 36, married, father of a 4-year old girl. I've been a Star Wars fan since I was about 4 wnen I saw my first images of Darth Vader. I loved both KoTOR games, skipped SWG, and this is my first MMORPG experience. I'm currently leveling a Gunslinger on Shadowlands, loving the story, and have have had some great grouping experiences so far. I'm confused and terrified by PvP but would really like to try that side of the content one day. I know this game has its issues and I'm far from thinking it's perfect, but I'm loving it in the 4 or so hours I can wrangle out of a normal day to play (days off from work are another story!). So yeah, I'm Mark, and I talk too much.
