  1. I play as tank guardian in pve content so here are my answers to those questions. I've choosed defense A and then had a little sneak peek on both dps and defense B. 1. It felt like crippled guardian. Because abilities I find useful were gone (enure, cc breaker, etc.) and abilities I don't almost use remained (like force push). Maybe for players with half brain it is fun not to solve stuns, cleansing etc. but for me it was not funny at all. Boredom it is. 2. Saber throw, cc breaker, interrupt ability, enure... oh c'mon. You read it already. Saber throw is focus building ability, it's pretty cool to have it in rotation. And I'm not even talking about visual effect it has. Who doesn't want to throw their saber, heh? What kind of terrible person? I get why you want to take defense abilities from dps guardians, we all know their survivality is mad. But take them also from tanks? Why? What is the reason? 3. As tank? Less effective. Enure is good for completely different things than saber reflect or focused defense, it doesn't seem they have same effect that you can easily choose between them. It's like choosing between meat and vegetables, yeah they're both food but don't have same quality. 4. On PTS I don't enjoy it as same as I enjoy it now. 5. I honestly don't get why tank has these insane options as dps. It kinda feels it doesn't respect the roles. I don't feel there is more to say. People already said it. My guardian on PTS has abilities that I rarely use and the hardcore ones are gone. What a terrible change. I feel more like dummy then player with more options. My brain hasn't size of a peanut to need this simplicity and I bet most players feel the same way. Please try to explain us, why this solution is so good for us.
  2. Can you tell us how many players were online in the guild that did 10mil over night by only craft? So I or another guy can count for you, how many weeks this guild had to prepare for their one try to win. Because you can't hardcore craft for conquest all conquest weeks. Can you tell us has your guild ever winned any invading? And can you tell us does your guild have a chance other weeks to win? I am interested how is this game telling you to click over and over. Also I'm interested how is possible to conquest craft every week. Edit.: I see, 7 people were there. Do you know how many hours they were online?
  3. That dude you are responding to is very likely ignoring what is written for his purposes. I've written him, crafting was possibility for small guilds to win or strategize. He repeats himself talking about conquest objectives. It seems he doesn't understand differencies between conquest objective and invading a planet. He repeats small guilds don't need crafting without any argument. Only just this statement again and again. He is clearly trolling or pushing his view of point no matter what. I haven't seen him trying to understand anyone but himself. That's not discussion, that's fight. I also can agree with small changes. I'm ok for example with nerfing "Crafting: inventor". I and many people are able to search consensus but there is no empathy at all. It seems in his world (and not only his world) it's only black and white. In his/their world there are only those who don't use craft and those who cheat. Nothing between. Pointless discussion.
  4. When I started with crew skills I needed resources. My companions were noobs and doing mission was lastlonging. I wanted to have materials and craft skill on level 700 faster then few weeks. So I was harvesting on planets more than one hour. Are you saying me now that me playing an hour in game give me nothing? So if I need materials will I be punished because I want make a stim instead of doing dailies? And how exactly will this prevent me from standing there, going away from my keyboard and use macro? If I don't have points for my effort and still want the material, how exactly will you motivate me to do it manually? I just don't get it. I just don't get why would anyone continue harvesting material manually. It seems to me, you actually don't care about people violating TOS. It seems to me you are ok if they do it unless they participate in conquest. And it seems to me, if I have some moral codex you will punish me. You want from me spending my time with harvesting and have almost 0 participation in conquest and helping my guild. Of course I will stop harvesting. Is it your intend? And I won't start using macros (which ironicly make your decision bereably) because I don't want to violate TOS. I propably also stop or slow down making stuff with craft. I won't give them to my guildmates or place them on GTN for normal price anymore. What a relief, cheaters don't care. They will sell me stuff I need and I crafted before for prices that will make me bleed because luckily they won't stop doing macro. Am I missing something? It's not only harvesting what makes me wonder, it was the easiest thing for me to describe.
