I wasn't able to find any information on this besides a reddit post from someone who encountered the same problem. He didn't receive any replies, so I decided to post here. Is this some sort of graphical bug? Is that tick even supposed to be there?

The lvl 50 inquisitor pvp gear looks like a few of the dread masters with the feathered head gear.

Agreed. That line of quests are pretty insane. I only managed to complete them at lvl 45 after I asked several 50's in my guild to help me.
