personally, i could give a **** about my characters names if i could actually play the game. i'd be happy with farthead1 if i could play a pvp warzone sometime other than the weekend

not as interested at the eta at this point, i've screamed my head off for that and i'll just accept they aren't realeasing a concrete date for a while. But a simple list of transfer targets would tide me over till transfers are available

Yeah, I think your best bet is to just unsub. you've likely got at least 30 days left anyway so you can still mess around, but if you can't play why pay? Let them know why when they ask, and hopefully with enough people cancelling subs they will get the picture that population issues is far and away the number one issues with the game atm. And if subs are bleeding out as fast as they are on my server elsewhere...well lets just hope they get this ship righted soon rather than later.

Listen, for those of us that can't play during the small prime time window our servers currently are playable for, many of us have nothing to do. The only way we can keep enjoying the game, unfortunately, is to reroll and start another character/legacy from scratch, though with the hopes of eventually combining our legacy onto a single server. From the limited information released on transfers so far, I think its safe to agree the community has inferred that the first round of server transfers will be free, and those transfers will involve moving players off "dead" servers to specifically targeted servers. Paid transfers will follow (how long after?) from any server to any server. The problem is, if us on dead servers DO decide to reroll, the only logical choice would be one the the higher populated servers that currently have a healthy environment, i.e. fatman and swiftsure. Unfortunately, these servers are most likely not going to be included or the target of the first round of transfers, and for good reason as they are already healthy and do not need any population adjustment. So now we will have characters stuck on the high pop server, waiting another undetermined about of time to pay to reunite our guys on on server. that sucks. So at least give us target server that we can start proactively rerolling to now. Considering the mechanics of the legacy system, rerolling on a toon that will have no shot of transferring without paying cash is a waste of time. Believe me, there are lots of people that are currently standing by on dead servers that would jump at a chance to get a head start on building/joining a community - thats the point of mmos right? So please, give us an update on the state on transfers and at least a small list of target servers we are safe to reroll to! Perhaps it will be enough to make me resub to the game before my times is up, because, ya know, i can actually play the game. And i'm sure i'm not the only one currently playing a cancelled sub on free time that thinks the same! Convince me and others to stick around! Save us from empty servers! Lets us keep playing your game!

yeah, me and the other 2 people in fleet atm. or me and the other 8 people in fleet at prime time. how about trying to pvp when there isnt even 8 level 50 players on the entire server? its not for lack of trying, its just an almost complete absence of other players.

well in regards the the topic, i think we can safely assume we're talking about warsong glutch type 2 flag CTF. which, of course, has drastically different strats than huttball 1 flag type CTF. i think force users would be less dominate, since plenty of emphasis would be be placed on guarding and not solely running the ball.

yeah....because its my fault i picked a server that bioware recommended, ones which they opened, and its my fault i didn't predict the game would have massive population issues and my server would be unplayable five months in? gimmie a break guy. us people screaming about low population issues aren't doing it because we love to moan and complain. well, at least most of us aren't, you know forums. we are trying to let the dev team know how unplayable the game has become for many off us, BECAUSE WE LIKE THE GAME AND WANT TO KEEP PLAYING. believe me, i don't wanna sit here and surf these forums and whinge about not being able to play, I'd rather be playing. but i can't, i literally can't because my server has less than 50 people on my faction. and no, i'm not rerolling. i just don't have the time I did at launch, and don't want to grind through 50 levels without all the perks i've earned through legacy. I can't keep playing, since with my work schedule the game is unplayable outside of running solo dailies. so i had to unsub, which sucks. so you'll see me around here screaming for asap server transfers until my account runs dry, they are released, or i lose the motivation to keep bringing up the one issue that is keeping me from playing a game i enjoy.

tansfers/merges need to happen yesterday

well i dont have problems with bugs or hacks, i feel your pain on the queue times. my server is only barely playable from about 3pm east to 11 pm, with 5 to 9 being the only time there are more than 20 people in fleet. with my current work schedule, i cant play the game at all on weekdays and only for a small amount of times on weekends. never before cancelled a sub to an mmo while still enjoying the game.... they really screwed the pooch on the population issues. so here i am unsubbed and hoping against hope they fix something before my account runs out.

got out of work at 11 tonight as opposed to 10....so yup get home and no WZs running at all. 7 people in fleet. of course, there was no warzones running before i left for work either. same schedule tomorrow..... games unplayable atm. great job!

this is the only one that needs to happen asap. if i can play the game, i can wait for the other features to be fully fleshed out. my servers dead, so i can't play the game - and regretfully had to unsub. transfer/merge servers ASAP, your losing loyal fans!

nope, I just unsubbed! liked the game but my server has gone belly up. hoping they get server merges or cross server queues in asap, and i might resub. but if it take longer than my free month lasts here, that will prolly be it for me. a damn shame too
