  1. They are putting together their 4th raid team together... so happy I found these guys. Need more though.
  2. I sort of agree with your post, but only in do far that I think his tone was childish. I do think they should compensate us, not with Cartel Coin... but with actual game time. SWTOR is ultimately operated by a large company that has people very proficient in coding, computers and the like. Things like this should not happen, but should it happen - time compensation ought to be a must. Doesn't matter if its their fault or not.
  3. Hello... Looking to come back to the game after a year or so absence. Would like to connect to people who are looking to make a fresh start as well. I have characters already, but actually looking to start over with a fresh new one. Do you have TS or Vent or something? Dunno your in game name... message me how we can get in contact, I'd like to discuss more. Thanks.
  4. Thank you to all who have sought me out in game. We've had a lot of excellent players join our ranks! Looking to get a group of folks who want to Hard Mode flashpoints.
  5. Join us for Datacron crawls, World Boss groups, HM flashpoints, and more. This weekend: Officer help! Ever wanted someone to help you out with a quest, killing that boss just out of your reach? Want to run a couple flashpoints and tired of those pesky wait times? Now's your chance.
  6. Hello We are the <Imperial Insurance Adjusters>. We're seeking new and experienced Agents for Republic covert ops with the goal of disrupting the Empire. We are a guild of the Republic. We are recruiting new and veteran players alike, who are interested in all aspects of the game. We are a small to medium sized guild with 10% XP and 10% REP bonus. We have a website , a teamspeak server, and a guildbank. More importantly, we have mature active players who don't mind helping and answering questions. You will not get lost amongst a large list of players and you will get help (with flashpoints / questions / etc). If interested, vidit the website and apply, or contact me in game (Koert / Rygz / Steinnar / Szeriel).
  7. Actually, yes I have thought of that....and Fatman and the other servers mentioned (been on em all) do not need topping off. What they need is bring some of the other medium servers up to the same level.
  8. While there was an ounce of "desparation" in his post... I am sure that Bioware doesn't want what yo suggested, to unsubscribe. "Special snowflake"?? Where do you get off? Yeah, maybe what he said was hastily done, but he's basically right. Yes, it s a gradual process...we all get that...but what people don't seem to get is that a little notification would go a long way. SOmething like: "Ok...this is going to take a month or so...but this is the basic timeline and these server will be moving anfd these servers will be destinations. Subject to change." thats all they needed to say. But apparently, you just think thats ridiculous. How sad for you.
  9. Bioware, why are you are dragging your feet on this? You are losing subs by the minute, and will have a dead GAME if this keeps up. I am tired of people who say "have patience". I have had patience for months. It has not been a problem for only about a month, but has been for many months. I don't even care if I have to transfer my toon now... I just wanna know where all the destination servers are. You keep everything secret behind the curtain, then tell us "oh here, this will solve your problems", and then when you unveil it... it does absolutely nothing. I been a supporter and defender of the game. My mantra has been "the games is only XXX months old, give it a break" - but this isn't about the game so much as it is about people's money that is being spent on a monthly basis wait for a product which is daily becoming worse and worse. Oh, and the few server that do get tranfers today...good job on sending them to already high pop servers. Are you kidding me? Those servers do not need more... its the medium pop servers that need to be the destinations. Don't wait for the industry people to say a year later, "SWTOR died because they failed to fix a problem that was comepetely fixable" - as have been said about other games that have died.
  10. Believe me, we've considered it...right now, we'd have to start all over again...not mention we have 6 bank tabs, sorry - vaults - ad if we're going to transfer - I'd want assurances about our guild name AND a refund to the cost of putting the guild back together again. If this was JUST me, I'd be on a busy server in no time - but I am considering my guildies at this point (who have also worked hard).
  11. The server that I play on, Elysium, is one of the "light" population servers. While its not as bad as some servers (my sympathies to those playing on those servers), PVP has incredibly long wait times, no one is buying ANYTHING from anybody, and even levelling alts are boring there is no one else around around my level. This is nothing new. Several have reported this. If only BioWare has listen to its community and actually done something about it - they could have avoided all this. But I'm not saying anything new. What I want to say to BioWare is this: Stop with this garbage about character transfers. I am a guildleader and I am not fond of leaving something I have worked 6 months at building. Its equity that myself and my guildies have built up. We're not oppsed to going to another server...what we are opposed to are these tranfers that will break us up. We want MERGERS, not transfers. Thank you.
  12. I waited all day for a good presentation for guilds and a good discussion, considering this is a "Guild Summit" and was thoroughly disappointed at the limited number of questions taken. I know you have "limited time" but considering that "Guild" was in the name of this gathering... you ought to have made that the highlight topic (especially after saying how "Bioware loves guilds".
  13. This event was for guild leaders, most of whom were in pre-launch guilds... do you seriously think someones opinion is dominished because they don't have a level 50 toon? Really? I don't think the BW is the problem here...
  14. they said tyhe videos for all these presentations will be posted later... wether thats later to day or tomorrow or the next i dunno...but i'm sure someones been capturing the stream to be posted on youtube ... prolly right now
  15. only 38% of the players present with level 50 toons have participated in an OP?? yikes.... what are they doing then?
  16. Aw C'mon.... where is your sense of adventure!?
  17. Well these are supposed to be just the "information", the introduction and what not. The Guild Summit page which features the streaming says, "Over the next few days..." There is going to be feedback discussions over the next 3 or so days... so don't espect a lot of info here other than what they would release on the forums anyways. I hope its not like tha in reality, but it seems for now that the wizard is definitely still behind the curtain.
  18. While PVP issues do need to be addressed, there is much much more to this game than just PVP. This summit will not work if the hardcore PVP'ers and raiders drown out the voices of everyone else.
  19. I echo this... although, I think there should be something more that just a 2 page "suggestion box". Live web chat, or normal chat for those (like me) without a web-cam, a specificly directed questionnaire for submission, and so on. There are plenty of guild leaders, other than just myself, who have some ideas but need to have a conversation to "form" them as opposed to the forums where my thoughts won't necessarily coincide with what Bioware wants to ask at this summit. Oh, and if i can ask my guildies, who are also MMO vets, then their opinions can be shared as well. Something like this should be inclusive, not exclusive.
  20. Oh yes! Pod Racing! Swoop Races! Yes yes yes!!!
  21. I'm sure that a few things (gears, planets, flashpoints, etc) will come out with patches... I would bet that the majority of those types of things will be done by expansions that you will have to purchase. EA/Bioware is in business not only to provide game content for us, but also to make money - so it pay its developers and so on and so forth. My personal hope is that expansions are more often than in other MMOs (especially WOW). The content for such frequent expansions need not be a progression of level caps, skill enhancements, but rather more planets, races, flashpoints, warzones, fluff, social abilities. my 2 cents
  22. I agree with you! I love to play huttball... but there seems to be a disconnect between scoring and killing. Also... if you pass a ball to someone who scores... that should be worth extra points too! And... theres no love for the healers. I have been top healer so many times with few kills and nothging to show for it...no love for the role I've chosen to play. Its still fun, but it could be better!
  23. I know you guys are likely working on PVP goodness already... but I'd like to put in my two cents. Please, please, please... allow us to put together an 8-person Ops group so we can queue for a Warzone as a guild. Our guild likes to partcipate in everything the game has to offer... but we can't have a whole warzone... only 4 of us can queue at a time. Doing this would open up possiblities to guild commendation points for future guild goodies; you could have guild PVP in-server rankings and so on. But most of all, our guild would like to be all one group in a Warzone... especially Huttball!
