  1. My first time encountering this or even finding out about it. After a little bit on the first set of doors, my team began to spawn on the next area in the voidstar without blowing up the doors. This eventually led to our entire team behind the doors while the defending team was on the other side. This led to both teams sitting at the doors constantly planting and defusing the bombs till the game ended.. So Devs, fix this rare glitch please!
  2. as a merc i can burn down a Mara/sent as long as i can keep them at a distance, i dont really have a problem with them if you know how to play against them.
  3. So i dont understand the point of Legacy weapons if they arent going to scale with level, im not sure if it was suppose to be a feature implemented or its just a bug, but shouldnt Legacy gear scale with your characters level? Otherwise it would be outdated by custom weapons that you can constantly upgrade. Answer?
  4. /bump I noticed this too, everytime on the forums the people complained and the devs game us what we wanted, now that we have what we wanted its just not enough... However 1 class should not be able to crit for as high as the Op/scoundrel did. Smash was pretty monstrous too but i agree you Reap what you sow forum...
  5. because then they would be overpowered again, the healing debuff balances them in warzones
  6. also recruit gear allows for fresh 50s to have somewhat of a fighting chance in warzones, and it is pretty affective at it.
  7. There is only a valor requirement on the Orange sets, not the purples sets.
  8. if you guys payed attention you dont get a reward until you earn 3 medals to prevent against afkers joining games and getting credit for doing nothing. Its actually smart! Quit the QQ
  9. I love everything about 1.2 so far except PvP, needs to be fixed, especially the medals system, too little commedations per game for a loss.
  10. Personally i feel that the class rebalance was pretty effective at getting classes on even playing fields. I have played level 50 pvp on a Jugg, Mercenary, and Scoundrel so far so i will give my input on those classes. An Arsenal Mercenaries damage was probably the least affected IMO because of the buff to Heatseeker which i can now crit 6k with when i only use to do about 4.5k so my burst is much higher. I am geared in full champion and ive been able to place top of the leaderboards in damage and medals for most of my games. An Immortal Juggernaut can deal more damage with the increased damage to ravage and revised talent trees. Mitigation wise i take more damage because of changes to expertise, but i still feel inferior to the other tanking classes in a 1v1 situation and i lose probably 70% of the time in a fair fight. But i am pretty affective at protecting my teammates. A Dirty Fighting Scoundrel can still deal some pretty good damage post patch even though it looked like it was the end of the line for scoundrels. I am geared in full recruit armor and i can be on the same level as most other classes in dps against those with higher end gear. My experience against healers is that people have discredited it more than it actually is. Ive played at least 15 warzones today throughout all my classes and i feel, on my Dps classes that it is still quite hard to kill a healer, but it is much easier than before when it was nigh impossible to kill them. Healing in 1.2 isnt as horrible as some people have made it out to be, but it is still much weaker than before the patch. In the end i dont believe the class rebalancing has killed of your class as long as you have some player skill rather than class skill. Now this is own my own personal experience and if you have a rebuttle against my statements feel free to post what you feel. Keep it Constructive
  11. My friends and I trying to do a Pyramid, Im bottom row in the middle http://i.imgur.com/wG7u1.jpg Sister and I (Im the Guy) http://i.imgur.com/SiGos.jpg
  12. Most places i go on the forums i see people just bash the game on how bad it is and point out all its flaws. Why are people insistent on pointing out the flaws but giving no credit on the positives? I dont know about you reading this, but i am really enjoying this game! Almost every mechanic about this game is a fun factor to me. Who else enjoys this game whether its leveling, PvP, PvE, or just jerking around with your friends/guildies? After leveling a new character on the fatman server and hanging/chatting with guildies there is never a dull moment for me. So what about you guys how do you feel about this game currently?
  13. Wow thats insane! Ive hardly ever seen anyone hit above 100k on my server so i didnt know if it was really good or not.
  14. On my Sith Jugg after running with some guildies in Voidstar, i got 190k protection, this is my highest number so far unfortunately i didnt get a screenshot Anyone else get something close to this number before? I didnt even think it was possible to get that much protection in one game. Im going to run some wz again today and hopefully ill try and remember to screenshot it and i will post it
  15. I am currently a sawbones scoundrel at level 50 and i have already bought a good amount of gear towards my healer set however ive realized i dont really enjoy it that much and ive wanted to switch to a dps spec is there anyway i could get my PvP gear simply swapped for a dps equivalent gear? Please respond Bioware! I feel an option to sell your gear back to vendors for the amount of commedations you bought it for would have been a nice implement but its kind of too late now since 1.2 is around the corner..
  16. Now im not saying we should buff the damage of dirty fighting for scoundrel all i think that a range increase for both Hemorrhaging blast and Wounding Shots to 30m and quick shot as well so we arent completely useless at range and can do some moderate damage to make it more on par with other classes. 10m is too short of a range and doesnt really make a difference from 4m the standard of of melee abilities. Comment if you have something to add or in contradiction (contructive please).
  17. in defense of Juggs/Guardians My main is a Jugg with about 600 expertise, my main goal in warzones is too keep everyone alive by taunting, stunning, distracting enemies, and then keep a guard on a healer and intercede them everytime its off CD. I ran with my guild Op healer (she was battlemaster) and played a full game of Voidstar. At the end of that game i had MvP at 9 medals with about 200k dmg and 190k protection (my protection record) If i keep using my abilites every time its off CD, target taunt, stunning, intercede, aoe taunt, my team will never die. Yes as a tank jugg my dps is laughable but thats not what the class is strongest at. Its keeping your teammates alive. Therefore not the worst PvP class that goes to Dirty Fighting Scoundrel
  18. So ive just about had it with my dead republic server, on a lucky day there will be 30+ people on the fleet and warzones are just horrid because the Empire always steamrolls the Republic and ive only hit 50 on my sawbones smuggler about a week ago so in about a week iv'e only won about 8 warzones. Finding a group for flashpoints/Ops isnt even an option, Warzones are so frustrating there is no point in playing them, im tired of playing on this dead server. Server transfers now for Christ Sakes!! I dont care how much it is i just want out of that server so i can have some sort of fighting chance on a balanced server where i can actually have fun on my character because ive completely given up on it for the time being. It also didnt help much that BW has really kept wanting to nerf us so bad no one wants to play a scoundrel anymore. It has certainly worked on me! Get it done.
  19. I find that doing warzones after lvl 30 it becomes more successful, it also gets you an early start to filling your mercenary comms and warzones comms by level 50 to get a head start on buying champ bags once you hit 50, however that is ineffective as of 1.2 i dont know how things will be post 1.2 but we will have to see.
  20. So ive hit 49 on my scoundrel and decided to try out Sawbones after rolling scrapper from 10-48. I swapped all my moddable gear with alacrity and crit. Ive played around 6 warzones since then and i get between 200k to 400k healing. I feel that ive learned the class quickly and im starting too see that HoTs and Upper Hand is your best friend. I do see however that i run out of energy pretty easy trying to heal everyone in my group and its quite overwhelming and often my teammates die because i simply cant keep everyone up if the enemy focuses on one target. Often its me and i have to sacrifice my teammates lives to save my own and even then it feels like a challenge. I feel that without Upper Hand im am utterly useless in saving my teammates because they die too fast for me to cast Underworld Medicine and the HoTs take too long to heal through the burst damage. I also have a Merc healer class (lvl 50 half champ/centurion) and i can easily keep my entire group and keep them alive through burst damage. Is it just my unfamiliarity with Scoundrel healing that i need to learn the class better or is Mercenary healing just all around better? If anyone has a guide that could help me be better at scoundrel healing PvP wise i would greatly appreciate it!
  21. there has to be some recipes that you can craft to give you skill points, just have to look hard, if nothing go to the Biochem trainer and select "view all" instead of "view trainable" and maybe something should pop up
  22. i smell QQ. you have no idea how to play a melee class if your whining that range owns you.
  23. So those sith warriors out there you must know that there is some sort of glitch with ravage when you activate the ability and the animation is in affect but your ability actually does nothing and you cant move, its a little frustrating in PvP when your swinging your saber around for no reason and people just look at you and Lol. This needs to be fixed!
  24. you should try and at least finish your character to 50, i currently am a 46 Jugg and i love the class, i have leveled tank specced through every level and run biochem and i havent died yet! However i must say, i feel my class is underpowered to other tank specs because my damage output (as a tank) is pretty silly. Other than that Juggs are fun to play.
