What would be the best tank spec to start with and why?

so, I can understand needing to nerf some of the DPS classes, especially the S-tier ones. but the best way to balance them is to bring them down a little while raising the lower ones. the op ones, I don't get it, your taking a DPS class that's already D-tier at best and making them worse; Merc/Mando needs a buff in a bad way.

does it feel like guardian? No, for a class that supposed to be about survivability, you stole 2 dcds from dps specs. Is there anything that feels missing or out of place in the combat rotation? The fact that some of the knight skills are missing What are your initial thoughts with the effectiveness of the Jedi Guardian against enemies? Not great, once again taking away saber reflect and focus defense from DPS specs which removed survivability.

It’s tiring running a juggy, powertech, sin or republic versions and getting bulwark while running dps specs from FPs. Do us all a favor and give us loot discipline right out the gate. Its like they are trying to push certain disciplines on certain classes.

Returning player trying to get a feel on what is playing better currently was told that madness and balance have been making a return. Or is lightning/ telekinesis still reigning.

Make amplifiers a slot on adaptive armor and weapons, make them craftable, it would make things so much better

i was wandering if i should go plasma or tactics, are there any big differences between the two i should look out for.

Exactly tired of having to use field respec, manually reapplying discipline points then having to manually set my quick bars up

Anyone else having a problem where Diplomacy is awarding both DS/LS points at the same time. As if its rewarding ones for your alignment and the ones it used to give at the same time?

I mean I understand that they've made it easier to obtain points towards your alignment but the old way I could reach dark five with just the story missions and diplomacy with the new system it's like bioware is forcing people to branch out into PVP and flash points by making it the easiest way to get ds/ls points.

The new increase in the DS/LS point requirements wasn't needed in my opinion the system was fine the way it was.

When they upped the darkside/lightside point requirements in 5.0,they rebalanced the characters to the level that your supposed to be at based on the new system so if you had 10,000 like i did which was dark V now that it is dark I they lowered me to dark I. But they increased the way you can get DS/LS points. KIlls,pvp,GS,flashpoints, and convos all give them now. Don't think their is a way to get them back to get your ranking back up.
