I would love a Linux client. Windows 8 is so bad I'm never installing it. It's time to go all Linux. All I need are my favorite games like SWTOR.

Lead Designer Daniel Erickson states that HK-51 comes soon after 1.3 implying that it would be 1.4 and allows the interviewer to assume that: Bioware states in this preview that all the features in this video will come out this year. There are a few months left, I hope we have them before January 1st, 2013: http://www.swtor.com/info/media/trailers/preview-exciting-new-reveals-e3 I bought more game time just for HK-51. I am disappointed. I hope we do have it this year.

This thread is depressing. I was looking forward to HK-51 and the Cathar being in 1.4 along with the new Warzone. When John Riccitello was interviewed I was under the impression all these juicey things would be in 1.4:

I see a lot of threads with complaints, silly ideas that some players think would make SWTOR “better” and I just wanted to take a moment to say I’m enjoying SWTOR now and have been since launch. I think the stories and the layout of the game are great and I’ll probably be playing through every class just for the story content. The recent server consolidations have been a big help making it easy to find groups for everything now. Thanks for a great game. When the free to play doors open I think SWTOR will be the best f2p offering there is…so I’m especially glad to see you guys getting ready with higher capacity servers for the surge. Smart! I love SWTOR and I just wanted to say “thanks”.

I only chat in my guild channel. In general chat people are coming and going and don't want to stay in one place to talk anyways. Guild chat spans the universe so we all chat away while we're in different places.

Yes WoW has problems, but they often credit player accounts with gametime for extended outages.

I have many online friends. They seem nice and we game together often, but they don't know or need to know my real name or anything non-game related about me. I have lots of friends still playing another MMO I would love to offer a free trial to come here, but when I tested the free trial invitation I noticed it exposes your full name. Well, so much for that...I won't be inviting anyone to SWTOR.
