And got a 5% buff in damage, not including what damage waylay will add on top of the 5%. Without waylay its 10 energy, so the energy use got reduced. And culling will increase its damage.

Waylay boosts lacerate damage tho, how much don't know tho if it gives us back the 10% loss or not. Hopefully it gives us more damage boost.
