  1. Every time your Op takes out his side arm and kills someone in a cut scene instead of using the rifle or better yet the knife take a shot. Every time your Op romance Kaliyo instead of the ensign stop taking shots from this drinking game your alcohol induced comma is eminent!!
  2. Agreed been trying to find out all morning after playing with UI last night if there was anyway to make the buffs/debuffs more visible without having my picture take up half the UI. I've got the important cool downs enlarged and located....nice....but still need to watch that little bar for porcs and debuffs. For me this is one of my pet peeves of mmo's I don't like watching timers and cool downs.....I'd rather enjoy the graphics of an encounter even using clear audible ques for frequent proc alerts vs. a visual que.
  3. Is there anyway to enlarge the proc based abilities or increase size of the buff debuff bar without the character display taking over the UI? Didn't read it anywhere in the patch notes with the new configurable UI...by the way, thank you. I was a big Power Aura's fan in WoW even though I only used about 10% of it's capabilities. I was hoping for something like this but I'd settle for separate configurable buff/debuff bar. As is, the Buff Bar forces you to stare at these instead of enjoying the game graphics.
  4. 42 Sorc (Madness/Lightning spec) I've used Khem almost exclusively with a shield on before each pull. But of late I've Struggled to end fights with Khem above 75% health. So a bit of down time between pulls (if you consider 5 seconds down time.....and my ADD does). This may be due to having slipped in my gearing of Khem and/or questing slightly above my level. Experimenting with Andronkis lately seems to work faster but the AoE mobs don't stay where Death mark and AoE lighting hits them so on occasions it's bit messy and mistakes were tougher to come out alive (crap did I just pull 2 x AoEable mobs?!!??) I've not used the Twilik companion as Melee DPS but based on some of the suggestions I've seen here and in other threads I need to try. The healer companion (sorry bad with companion names) I just received and seems slower mowing down mobs (even in DPS mode) but I haven't geared him appropriately. The nice advantage is little to no down time. Pull Loot pull.... Also working an Assassin at lvl 27 (tank leveling) and still only have Mr. Ugly (in DPS mode) to work with. Again no problem.....but can't wait to Andronkis to speed things up.
  5. Koi (like the fish) The idea was to work with my mains first name "Dee". Thus Dee Koi seemed appropriate for an IA. All alts are some variation of a letter. Bee (B) Jay (J) See © Tea (T) It also is a play on my real name
  6. As a poster above said I too must be one of the few who likes the Male IA voice.....played as body type 1 (my toon) the speech is classic Empire, controlled precise and a bit psychotic. It certainly wouldn't work as a body 3 or 4 it would just appear "off". Favorite is the Female Inquisitor sassy, sarcastic just enough evil to tease the light and dark side..../drool. I haven't tried the Female IA so many people have mention it I'll have to test one. Deleted my Female Bounty Hunter almost immediately upon hearing her speak. Both Male Inquisitor and Warrior sounded good but a little cliche in their evilness same for their counterparts on the Republic side....they fit the characters but meh not my cup of blue milk. I haven't worked on my Gunslinger in a while but voice was okay....the writing was excellent so many funny lines.
  7. I demand a body type 5 for men.....Body 1 male with a beer belly!!!! This discrimination against my chosen body type is a disgrace bordering on negligence. I demand justice!!! Oh and it serves as a reminder to go for a run after a few hours at the key board.
  8. I'd like to humbly request a simple half T-Shirt for Doran (sp??) that says "I'm with Stupid". My big fat (body 4) trooper thanks you.
  9. Oh my.....did any one roll fat guy body?? Your all so pretty and fit.....I guess my Shadow's name, Atkins (as in the diet) is appropriate. Sorry no screenies of my "big bone" consular here at work and he's to young (lvl 20) to provide worthy gear shots.
  10. I'm working on DPS Sage and Shadow now as alts to a 50 trooper and the Sage is far easier from 10-35 so far. Overall it does depends on what you want....I was looking for a Light Saber class but on the Sage it's just a decoration. Part of the ease of leveling is a DPS Sage gets their ideal partner (tank) first. My Trooper can heal/DPS like the sage, so I was leaning towards the Shadow but was struggling with my Infiltration DPS spec (to much healing after every pull and couldn't solo any 2 man heroics). Last night I switched to the Kinetic Spec and ran a 2 man heroic solo (with the lizard in both DPS and Tank Stances) and was amazed at how face roll simple it was. Sorry I don't have more than an hour with this spec at lvl 20 but in reading the forums this does seem to be the recommended early leveling spec of choice due to the slow maturation of the infiltration spec. Sage DPS you're pressing more buttons and switching targets more often to keep your tank companion up through boss fights compared to my limited Kinetic (tank) shadow spec experience. I was familiar with Priest and Mage as my mains in WoW so the sage play style is a similar caster style and low learning curve if you have a similar experience. PvP the sage was far easier to pop in play with a less than optimal spec and experience but the Kinetic Shadow Spec looks very appealing at later PvP levels and some very good guides in the Shadow Forum to help.
  11. The worse is the Viceroy....a man of suppose power and his awful reactions and lines. "My lord! Is that... legal?" "This is getting out of hand! Now, there are *two* of them!" "She can't do that! Shoot her or something!" I forget the exact wording when he mistakes the false Queen Amidala for the real one in Phantom. "Fools, that the real queen" Oh really genius.... "The war is over. Lord Sidious promised us peace. We only want..." [Anakin strikes him down with his lightsabre] Thank you newly minted Sith for putting this noob out of my misery.
  12. Light side choices yield more interesting results/responses. I love the Flash Points on the Imperial side where everyone always (and I mean always) chooses dark side and you choose light and win the roll......"haha the General gets torture instead of outright killed." The female voice acting is outstanding.....very devilish English lilt and sarcastic responses to many of the imperial hyperbole. The Gunslinger may have better lines but not delivery.
  13. Charged Burst is far better than any light saber sfx or throat crush from mere sith. BOOM BOOM BOOM on bose speakers cranked to 11.5 is very gratifying. My charged Burst means business. I've rerolled a trooper and can not figure out how that huge *** cannon sounds like pee shooter compared to my 'Slingers 6-shooters. Unfortunately I have to do it from cover where ******* Corso has conveniently harpooned a mob.
  14. Nice idea, However the wording around PvE content is a bit confusing on question 8. PvE: How important do you think it is that Bioware fixes/implements the following: More Leveling Content - I don't think they need more......but it's very important they fix any bugged quest etc. I think you covered the fixes in an earlier question so I think the goal is to find out what people want more of.
  15. /pours gas on fire I agree the arcane spec for my gunnery spec has a similar feel in rotation/conservation of resource and the "Crap I can't move or it'll ruin my DPS" aspect. But heavy armor and ability to heal has me feeling like a Pally at times. My companion makes me feel like a warlock/hunter.
