Well i finally got a reply today and they replaced them with what seems to be the cm boosts that are 3 hours. It seems odd though that they said they replaced them and got nothing the first time i sent a ticket.

Got a reply to my ticket saying they sent me a boost and an extra one but nothing in my mail or inventory for that character so i had to send another ticket.
