  1. Howdy im returning to swtor. I have a few characters on both imp and pub at level 70 ready to go. My question is how are the imp and pub populations compared to each other on this server?
  2. its 6 seconds, with a 30 second cd...calm down there bud
  3. Jugg Main; Immortal + Veng LF Guild with Raid Team and Ranked PvP Team Also play Mara, Merc, Op Contact in game: D'rrak
  4. 230 Jugg tank and 230 Mara looking to get back into the game. Comfortable with trialing and benching till my gear is back to par. In game name is D'rrak
  5. Basically the title. Bring em back.
  6. I shred Ops on my Jugg. They aren't that OP. Gotta know when to use DCD's and manage your own whitebar, and theirs.
  7. The other team is also made of PuGs and maybe 4 person premades.... What is the OP complaining about again? Losing a game or getting rekt so the logical solution was for them to turn to forums kicking and screaming? I'm sorry but this thread has no point and should be removed.
  8. I looked up on your the points you presented. I have to say this is a very good counter argument to my own. I like your points and the respectful presentation. Whenever a counter point is presented respectfully I really look into it. Most people will always dismiss someones argument if it is presented rudely or targeting the opposition. I like this post. So instead of improving their healing as the thread suggests, why don't we explore a new raid utility for them? Also in terms of raid utility for Operatives/Scoundrels I would not count their offheals because they are so weak, however their "Cure" ability is useful for cleanses. That is something that they share with the DPS Merc. I'd also like to state that there will always be a class on the bottom of the meters. And tbh a couple hundred dps behind other classes is not that bad. So let's discuss a raid utility that they could have, because improving their self healing will not have a huge impact on a Raid environment, but it would break them in arena and pvp. What are everyone's thoughts, what raidwide utility should they have that would not break pvp large and small scale, and still provide a unique utility to the raid that could not be abused by stacking a ton of assassins?
  9. Couple things here. Snipers do not have the best passive or active defenses in the game. Completely in-accurate statement in so many ways. Also "Marauders a decent second"?? Have you ever played a Jugg?? Also their self healing is worse than a dps ops, which mind you is not good at all, and requires them to sit still. Also the best sins/shadows are parsing good numbers, and are by far not the weakest dps in the PvE metagame. Let's look at a simple fight like Gharj. Placing number 6 in top dps is...oh wait an assassin. The only classes that parsed a couple hundred higher are Sent/Marauder (arguably the best dps in the game) and a Jugg and VG. Hm so that makes the assassin top 4 in dps classes for that fight. Weird i thought they were "by far the weakest dps in PvE". Highest operative dps in that fight? over 2k less than the assassin. Highest sniper dps in that fight? 1k less than assassin. I chose Gharj because it is a pretty simple tank spank fight with minimal adds. As with any MMORPG boss fight mechanics vary and some classes will do better than others. But to say that Assassin is one of the worst dps in the game? That is just not true. Know the numbers and for gods sake at least know the game before making stupid statements. Source: http://parsely.io/parser/operations
  10. Yes because Shadows have stronger defensive cooldowns and the only heal that an op can use on the move is a weak DoT in any spec other than Medicine. The cast heal that heals for only about 2k also requires the use of a stack of "upper Hand", is a slow cast, and like previously stated does an insignificant amount of healing. The only other heal a dps op has access to is a channel that is even weaker than the HoT so it is also useless. Shadows/Sins have parsed great numbers in balance/hatred spec, can burst very well in inflitration spec, can top damage meters too if you are good in WZ's, and their tank spec has the best passive defense of all tanks, great in operations, and very useful in arena and WZ. Learn the Game.
  11. This wouldn't work because the KoTfFe storyline has the "gamechanger" from the core worlds storyline (that would be the player), becoming an interest to Valkorion the eternal emperor and most powerful being in the galaxy. This proposed Zakullian knight/scion class would only break off after Arcann kills his father and thusly Valkorion would not be possessing your insignificant Knight/Scion. This would not work with the storyline or the lore of KoTFe as it is.
  12. Bumped; this is an actual issue and needs to be addressed.
  13. Honestly the OP just sounds like a bad player that is unwilling to get better at the game and therefore it must be the game's fault for his own shortcomings. You're points are all over the place and most of the original post was pure gibberish and nonsense that is not even in the game. Should probably get less mad when something isn't handed to you.
  14. You aren't a healing class so you dont need a "healing buff". That would be absurd. If anything needs a heal it's snipers. Unlike you they dont have a phase walk teleport, sprint, and vanish. Not to mention other defensive cooldowns. Also if specced as a DPS operative, the healing is not that great at all. They have a HoT which does not tick high, a scan that is hilariously weak, and a casted heal that requires the use of combat advantage which is a waste because it heals for nothing. You should take a look at the class before talking about it's heals. Shadow/Sin is a great class right now and strong. They don't need a healing buff to their DoT spec. That would be absurd.
  15. It can be difficult to spot sometimes if you arent looking for it with all the other "light show" effects going on.
