LOL, that kid is not me. He is one of the marauders from Nothing Personal (I think) that name changed. He showed up on my friends list one day without me ever adding him and Sunhfksjdhfkjdshf (i dont remember the name but it started with "Sun") disappeared from my friends list and the server. I assumed he was just trolling and not really trying to pass himself off as me but.... Anyways...that is NOT me... (Not that I believe that I would beat Melyn on my Marauder either though. As I assume an operative will win this tournament.) AGAIN...that is NOT me...So feel free for your night to be UN-made.

Ill be shocked if an assassin wins this, or any 1v1 tournament in this build of the game.

huh? are you implying that I am shark or got your posts mixed up or....? which post was fail? because you quoted a post that was not posted by me... - And crits is a horrible guild filled with horrible players. Not bad. HORRIBLE. I cant even fathom how this team has ever won a rated against anyone let alone a skilled team. I would be shocked if crits ever beat another half way decent team in a rated ever again. Is like a group of bad pugs from regs queued together and by some miracle managed to win a rated or two. (I dont beleive this team has beaten ANYONE in like a week or two of queueing so the universe seems to be realigning now anyway...) - And Carnage/Combat is now arguably the worst dps spec, out of every dps/class spec in the game (aside from the op dps trees and AP PT). It is completely worthless in almost every way, even in huttball. After the start of a huttball and the initial pred, maras and sents should be respeccing back into Rage. Their is nothing in a rated huttball game, based on the current meta, that carnage brings to the table besides the initial pred. Carnage is NOT a viable dps spec for a high level rated team. i dont know **** about wrucks so I guess thats why the joke went over my head but...OP is a good player and plays circles around most of the other knights/warriors on the bastion...imo.

No there wont be a showdown. Caeliux is my other personality anyways and the account I post under depends on which one of us is in control of my body at that time. Any kind of showdown would result in complete and utter mental breakdown as both personalities would kill each other off and LegendaryCaeliux would be born...We dont want that. Simple fact is that 54s are BiS for pvp. And the rated guilds agreeing not to wear BiS gear is stupid. Yes its another huge bioware fail and a screw up and should not be that way but it is. There are players that cant corner cap properly in novare and I would assume that the novare corner cap was not intended. So lets all agree no more corner caps until bioware fixes it. And where does it end? No more matrix cubes? Or matrix cubes are ok (for whatever reason).... An agreement would create alot of problems like "I just inspected scope and hes wearing a green earpeice!!!! CHEATERS!!!!" and **** like that. Just augment the 54s for now. They are readily available to all. No one has any advantage. Intentional or not, its the best gear in the game. No ones gonna agree to put on worse gear because others dont want to wear the best gear.

No bubble stun/No smash agreements was the dumbest **** ever done on this server. Wanting everyone to use the same gear, which isnt even BiS gear, is ridiculous. If you dont want to reaugment and put the effort into getting BiS gear then its on you. In the current build of the game, 54s are BiS. If you dont want to wear BiS gear, and prefer to wear the much worse pvp gear, then that is fine. But dont call others who choose to wear BiS gear exploiters. Its ridiculous.

That build, aside from the 1 wasted point in enraged slash, is probably the optimal build. But I still think you highly overrate defensive roll. 2-3 smashers on anyone is probably gg (unless they are getting fast, focused heals and guard). Besides smash, the only other aoe that is relevant is orbital/freighter. And even with the points in defensive roll I wouldnt advise people to face tank orbital strikes. Youll survive longer with endurance augments than you would with power augments too. It doesnt mean its right. Builds that dont take defensive roll do more dps. Rage is a vicious slash spam spec alot of the time. If someone is using assault, when they could be using vicious slash, then they are losing out on alot of dps (depnding on how often this happens throught the wz). On a target dummy, putting no points into enraged slash, Im sure you can keep rage up infinitely and never have to use an assault. In a rwz, with changing conditions, dps hard switches, and many breaks in your rotation/priority, it is alot harder to never have to use a rage builder. If in your parses scream or vicious throw(?) is contributing more than VC to your overall dps, one thing is for sure. That either you or I have no clue how to play a rage spec marauder. Scream is on a moderately long cd. VC is spammable and does comparable damage. I mean all in all, I agree that the spec you listed is probably the best spec but...It is a dps loss in favor of survivability. Depending on the comp you are facing, a 3 point enraged slash build is better and will ensure rage surplus for the changing conditions and hard switches. Vicious slash spam to reduce smash cd is what makes the spec as good as it is. If the only thing they changed about the rage tree was that VC no longer reduced the cd of smash, it would be a crushing blow to the spec. Vicious slash, which is spammed quite often during the course of a wz, refunding rage on every cast is big in the overall scheme of things. At least for me/the way I play/imo

PvP conditions cant properly be parsed with sims. The dmg proc relics are near worthless to classes such as rage marauders and deception sins. They are probably BiS for lethality snipers and madness sorcs as they will continiously proc throughout the warzone. Matrix cube is far better right now for burst specs. You will not get the proc every 4.5 seconds in a wz as a rage mara, like a lethality sniper would. These sims and tests are the result of every 4.5 seconds the relic procs. Asides from just the stats on the relic, it is near useless for a rage warrior and the dmg is negligible. Its better to just up the dmg of your smash/vc/etc, as little as it is with the matrix cube, as you are still bolstered to exp cap and the stats on it are better. (Probably lose too much exp using the ewh power relic and the pve relics are pretty weak...that being said, the conqueror proc relics would be the very last on the list that i would use as a warrior and would even go defense proc over them, as their procs are near worthless to the cause.)

lol When someone says "best spec for pve" they are usually not referring to whats good at level 42 or for dailies. These things are beyond irrelevant and regardless of where you put your points you will blow through everything. Best pve spec would generally refer to endgame pve content, mainly hm ops. Both anni and carnage are very strong in end game pve content. Rage parses considerably lower on operation bosses. Operation bosses are the only thing in the game that requires a high dps parse. The spec that is your favorite to play is the best spec for you in all other pve content in the game as it doesnt matter what you use. If the op wants to be the greatest help to an end game raiding guild he will play carnage or anni (should actually learn both and field respec between them depending on the boss). Rage will parse lower on any content in the game right now that requires high dps. And rage is unarguably, by far the best pvp spec on every map besides huttball, while annhilation is near unviable right now. (unless you just want to have fun and dont care about your impact in a game. play whatever you like to play. its a video game...)

Because the op asked what the best spec was for pve. Not pvp. And rage is the worst pve spec. Rage is indeed the best pvp spec, by a mile, but pvp was not what the op was asking about.

THIS is why manic will never be able to get a winning team together with crits. Should see if you could find a spot with synergy or crescendo if you ever want to play with good players and maybe win a rated game or two. The most common excuse by bad players in every video game since probably pong has been "Im busy with real life stuff bro, you just have no life thats why you own me". lol And that is all fine. That is why almost the entire player base of swtor only play regs. Because regs are fine for bads to smash their faces against their keyboards in. Rateds are for competeive players to compete against other skilled teams. Just dont waste peoples time queueing for rateds when all your "real life commitments prevent you from being good at the game" as all it is is a waste of time for everyone. (you think most of us dont have jobs too? because you are wrong) (and we all know you would be the awesomest and pwn all us nubs if you didnt have to go to work...lol. so dont worry, we know that pesky real life stuff just prevents you from not being terrible.........)
