Just canceled my sub, even if given another free month there is no way I can deal with this crap anymore. No server merges/transfers, no new content when everything is easily on farm, PVP is boring and repetitive and absolutely no end of it in sight because the devs simply refuse to properly communicate with the community. Meanwhile there are plenty of new games coming out that will hold my interest.

Go play on a console then. And slap yourself while you're at it.

Players like me in full campaign/war hero gear have zero reason to play atm. It is all old hat. And with BW being glacially slow with any improvements (and firing dev teams to make it even slower). I see little reason not to let my sub run in 13 days.

Aww too bad my sub will run out by then.....guess BW doesn't care about keeping customers. Right now me and 90% of my guild are playing D3....doubt if many will come back if there is no new content soon.

I have a sub for another 29 days or so, I don't know if I will renew it or not, but unless something changes I won't. I really wanted an experience that lived up to the BW and Star wars name. A game that I would play for a long time and enjoy entirely...sadly I got a decent but not great game that feels like it was worth about six months.

Am on a top 10 pop sever. Finished HM EC Almost full war hero. It's been almost six days now and I have no desire to come back. BW made a semi-enjoyable game at best and when it is compared to real competition the game is pretty meh.

Lets be honest. Being a SWTOR mod has to be tough. You have a community who expects a decent game and didn't get it and spends all day pointing out the countless bugs and shortcomings of SWTOR. Is it the mods fault? NO! But they have to deal with the justifiable rage of the community none the less, it must be an exhausting job. Meanwhile they are probably tweaking their resume in a different window knowing that this train is gonna derail and a pink slip might be right around the corner. Especially with EA laying off people left and right. So thank you mods....you guys really got served a crap sandwich and yet you are making the best of it.

Not to be rude....but who the hell did your thumbnails? Were they blind? Site looks great when you click on a set but the general list of thumbnails is AWFUL. Show no head of the sets, no boots.....just a off center crop of what usually looks to be an outfit.

Problem is Malgus is such a forgettable character.

Not about money, more about time. What's left for most of us in SWTOR? Kephess HM? Been on Farm for weeks. PVP? War hero gear grind without any real tangible benefit. Boredom level? High. Legacy? Serious disappointment.

Been almost 5 months without Bioware having major games competing for players, they really could have sealed the deal and developed a strong player base. Instead the bleed is going to continue as competing games come into play. They never really created a game deserving of the Bioware of Star Wars name. I really wish they did.

I just can't believe this hasn't been fixed yet. 6 weeks since 1.2 and still no sound fix......really makes you think BW just doesn't care about the game anymore.

So what BW a fix is 7-8 weeks out?

I am hoping for ONE just ONE patch that doesn't break as much as it fixes.

When the game came out in December I knew Bioware really had until late Spring to make their case to subscribers. They had to give people a reason to keep playing when other large budget games are being released. I have my opinion but won't share it ATM, but I am curious...do you think Bioware has succeeded, or will new releases have a large detrimental effect on the subscriber base?

Really it is getting hard to defend bioware on this issue. This goes to the core functionality of the game and it is obvious they have not made it a priority to fix. It is so bad for me I noticed when the sound WORKS now instyead of when it is broken, which it is 90% of the time.

Ever since 1.2 a LOT of people have been having sound issues. Especially in FPs and OPs. I have been playing on three different machines and have experienced the sound bugs with each one. They claimed on the first patch after 1.2 these issues had been fixed, though it is obvious they have not. I find it really annoying that they continue to allow such a major part of the game to be broken and do not seem to have prioritized fixing it.

Can't please everyone, they have maintenance at non peak times on the servers.....if that is during you play time, sorry for you but the fact is you are in the minority.

So basically anyone who disagrees with your point of view is wrong? As far as RP is concerned I doubt if any character wants to RP SPREADING a plague to their faction.

Maybe you server is more mature than most, but the average SWTOR player has the maturity of a 7 year olds, and 7 year olds like to explode all over unsuspecting people.

It is a known bug and occurring to many people and it has been acknowledged. And like I said two systems that aren't even remotely similar are having the same issues.

I have done nothing but support this game from launch. I shouted down all the naysayers, and I generally enjoyed myself. I stuck through a ton of bugs, patches that broke more than they fixed, had promised new content yanked away hours before it was supposed to be implemented, all the pain someone who tried to support this game has felt. The sound issues though is really the final straw for me. I cannot support the game or bioware anymore. I have two computers, both completely different builds, both with the sound completely broken. Both were working find before 1.2. I figured with the patch today they would fix the issues, it appears they have not. How can a company allow such a fundamental issue to go unaddressed? At this point I am just tired of defending the undefensable, I hate to say it but I think the naysayers might have been right.

They type where BW can do no wrong. Any sort of objective opinion is gone. For example the release a HORRID website redesign and people are saying how great it was? Really are you people blind. Personally I am just sticking around for my guild, I don't see me (or the guild) lasting past May 15th.
