  2. Are there any plans to update the rewards on the old (non-Onslaught) Heroic 2+ missions? Possibly adding the new gear crates to the missions themselves or the planetary complete multiple heroics missions, or perhaps adding a weekly?
  3. To some (like me) an "avatar" is just a glorified dress-up doll, rather than an actual character or an avatar for our actual selves. An irreverent name like "toon" is perfect.
  4. Sniper does fell rather weak in the start, especially where resource management is concerned, but it will become very powerful a little later on.
  5. The 4pc Set Bonus might be fine as is, if Target Acquired / Illegal Mods had a cooldown of maybe 1 minute, rather than 2 minutes. The ability does seem to have an excessively long cooldown for it's effect.

Alacrity rating reduces the cooldown of all abilities (apart from a select few, and it does nothing for internal cooldowns) regardless of their activation time, it also affects instant abilities by reducing the global cooldown time. Also it increases the amount of resources you regain per tick (this obviously is not the case for warrior/knight, who does not regenerate resources like the other classes). For other tertiary stats (alacrity, surge, accuracy etc) you need 760 accuracy rating (this is necessary, non negotiable) the rest can then be filled with surge and alacrity according to your preferences.   7. Engineering use Series of Shots every 9 sec (on cd) Virulence uses it as filler between 2 culls, when you don't have to apply dots and Weakening Blast isn't on.

  9. There are also several super exciting daily areas, you can run them all every day for enjoyment and cash.
  10. In engineering your rotation basically revolves around Series of Shots, so you get to spam that thing every 9 seconds.
  11. something not entirely unrelated: Was just qeued as dps for lvl 60 hm fp, took about 45 mins of waiting (the joys of being sniper), then the pop-up graces my screen and i'm happy, yay the wait is over. The joy is quickly replaced by sadness when the mission for Blood Hunt shows up in my log, the tank imideately drops the group, healer follows suit 3 secs later.
  12. If it's like the last time, it's down in some cave. You shoyld also be able to do some of the missions there as a low-lvl.
  13. Funny how this reminds of another politician who did something similar after another war, in another universe, he ended up being one of the most unpopular people in history.
  14. For this fight it is easier if the entire ops group stays together, if you have melee dps everyone will have to stack up on the adds to share the aoe dmg, otherwise melee will get moved down. The boss only has one aoe on his own, and it doesn't hit very hard so dont be afraid to stack on tank. If you have a little trouble killing the last add in time, try moving behind a stone from where you can still hit it, and have one person be responsible for picking a stone to hide behind (as a group) and then follow his command. Another thing you can do is having one of the tanks grab a dps gear set and simply go dps for this fight (I do this myself, even though it is not necesary for us, since it is considerably more entertaining being dps than a leftover tank ). Lastly remember to pick utilities and speccs that provide you with aoe dmg reduction as it will help the healers quite a bit.
  15. these adds can be cc'd, even sapped, you can do this on one of them to reduce group dmg and then focus the other down.
  16. well, obvously You would probably need to cultivate some connections to other players in your situation, or form a sort of late night raiding guild.
  17. I don't know about your server, but on mine all pug ops start in fleet general chat, they then join the gf when the raid is full. So signing up to ops via gf will get you nowhere.
  18. I would love to have the ability to create different hotbat setups and ability placements and save them to the different diciplines, also a new wardrobe system to enable quick change of ones gear/outfit. Also the ability to create and save a number of utility setups would be quite nice.
  19. Would love to see a new "companion" droid, complete with costumizable exterior padding and personality called LOVE-U-4EVER. /joke
  20. They should leave the system as it is, but hire a group of very large and unpleasant men to visit the ninja-looters and have a "friendly" chat about their life-choices and their knee-caps.

Every time I have successfully downed this boss, we've taken the poxy bird down to about 25%, then nuked the boss until she says her "i'll bugger off now" bit (can't remember what she actully says), when she says that, everyone has to stop hitting her at once regardless of whether she is actually running or not. When she has left, and only when she is gone, will we quickly off the bird. This way you have to only content with the cannons for a very short time, as they appear to be tied to Coratanni's health, and we can down the brid quickly after she leaves. You could possibly leave the bird until Cora leaves, to avoid wasting too much time on a failed/buggy try.

Article 1: It is already possible to enable this, it is called companion comparative tooltips in interface settings (as far as i can recall) Article all the rest: the F2P model in SWTOR is kind of mislabeled, it is really more of a trial without time limit than real F2P. Furthermore I think it is quite understandable that Bioware doesn't want to spend too many manhours on non-paying costumers.
