  1. Innovation.. something we haven't quite seen yet from mmos. SWTOR you have a beautiful game on your hands but it feels like your design team lacks any real vision for your game. Let me give you a few ideals i have to help you gain more people. Let me start with the story lines. Some of your story lines are decent some are not. Theres no real use of the companions inside your story lines other than to go get them, i did like one quest on the trooper story that almost captured what i would imagine your game to be like. There needs to be more interaction of the companions as part of the story in whole like give us some in cockpit scenes more vocalization of the companions on our choices made during our campaign. Ive only personally gone through 4 of the story lines (bounty hunter, jedi Knight, Trooper, and Sith Inquisitor) The stories feel generic for the most part no real Hollywood flair so to speak this is after all Star Wars. i'm going to skip around a bit on some of the things ive encountered in this game. The legacy system... more or less what you've given us so far is more of a joke than anything, not that some of the conveniences arent nice but alot of what you've given us so far is pretty weak as far as things to do in game. Maybe you have better ideals on the way but as of now whats there isn't in my opinion all that great. The only thing i like so far about it is the ability to use buffs from other classes that you've leveled. You need more... say let us use our alts as companions maybe let us play as the companions for more back story.... To what ive seen of pvp the open world pvp from what ive seen is terrible not that the mechanics are bad but what are we doing... ilum is more or less a ghost town... we need things to attack places where the people are sitting ie station to station combat.... let us go attack the the opposing force let us sneak on their station a cause some chaos... give us something to do rather than sit in a queue waiting to fight each other. On to some event ideals.. recently there was a week long event with the rakghouls over all it was a cool ideal but terribly executed mostly saw a bunch of people standing in a circle "blowing up" and infecting the other afk'ers so they could obtain the cool crystal. give us stuff like Random events that happen on a daily basis where maybe people of an entire guild can group up and face some random challenges.. you need random events so people don't lose interest in say a 4 man flashpoint that once you've gotten the item at the end you stop doing it cause now whats the point? you can even scale peoples hps like you do in the low level pvp to make it so everyone can join in and not feel useless there's so much you can do that's not being done try to make things playable by all people of a guild scale ops so if you got 500 people in your guild and you wanted to bring em all to the place you can not that 500 people would be anywhere manageable but something to bring the players together instead of driving them apart by only being able to bring 8 to this or 16 to this... and then if your short one... and while im thinking about loot get rid of the shared loot in ops dungeons .... all of it, make it a personal loot system if you contribute you get something instead of joining in an 8 man group not having a trooper and guess what drops all night trooper gear... you can work a system out that allows for people to be rewarded for their effort. what it really comes down to overall is you need more innovation to me it feels like you have a bunch of people who when they were kids wanted to make video games and thats what they did... but somewhere they lost the love of playing the games and it shows through your work. Take this for example the new PVE Jedi knight gear..... what were you guys thinking? did you have a 4 year old design the clothing and the since hes your kid you let it go? Overall youve got something good on your hands but its slipping and i for one would like to see thins game continue on and be something better than whats out there. Tie in your space missions to the story something cause i for one have already lost interest the only reason im haging around at this point is cause i hope you hear the people i hope you hear me... really listen heck i would come work for you give you ideals help make this a better game. sorry if my post was all over the place i have a ton of ideals in my head and can barely get a fraction of em out.
  2. I like where your going with the death star type thing. Try this tho have Guild Events that say have our guild as a whole storm a space station or ship make it so all levels can join in a true guild event where the entire guild becomes grouped up now obviously there would be some hurdles to jump as far as have level appropriate mobs and or objectives for all to work for but it needs to be something that brings all of the guild together to work for a common goal. You can do a lot with this ideal have in guild rankings to see who killed the most tanked the most etc. have bonuses for say winning the battle like an extra buff that lets your guild mates level slightly faster. Make these "events" happen randomly or say once every 4 hours or something that is random but becomes less random after say a few hours where an attack becomes immanent. I definitely think it should be some sort of random happening maybe it lasts like 15-20 minutes win or lose. Also this should scale somehow to insure that a team isn't overwhelmed if they say only have 4 members on vs the big guild that 100 members on. Example for every char a certain amount of mobs are spawned equal to their level. Something like this needs to be done it will breath life into the game. Just imagine...
  3. Guild Ships and or space stations. I would like to and I'm sure a lot of us would like to see guild ships or stations we can buy as a guild and use. These ships or stations can be used for placements of guild banks maybe have places for trophies and or pictures of triumphs the guild has achieved. Maybe even have such things as guild auction houses for in guild sales. You could even have recruitment offices on these stations to help officers manage guild recruitment. A lot of ideas can branch off of this and i for one hope that some of these things are already in the works. Daily Guild events. Now I'm not talking some calendar where you and your buddies can post when you want to go do which ever hard mode you may be working on or what not i mean full on events that take place where say (if we have the previous ideal of ships) our ship is attack by say pirates and the whole guild is called no matter their level to come defend the guild and its ship. From this you could have a variety of diff level mobs in areas of the ship for the diff level gaps or have them finish puzzles or diff tasks to help the battle of the ship. Also from this you could have say attack events or defend events you could even have guilds attack each other as a pvp thing. make sure though when you do this kind of stuff you make it happen randomly in the day so its not something anyone can plan for. You can give ranking to see who in the guild was killing the most defending that sort of thing. We need something to bring us together other than just the ordinary ops or flashpoint. Hopefully i got someones gears turning.
