  1. Hey guys, I'll skip the history lesson describing the arduous, but token tale where I go into the specifics of how I went from being the average action-bar clicking, keyboard-turning savage to joining the key-binding, mouse-turning master race and move straight along to the mouth-watering meat of the whole bit: What's your setup? I personally do nothing special, just enough to get by. I leave my main action bar untouched for the first five keys and bind ctrl+1-5 to the 6-0 keys. For the bottom bar I rebind ` for an ability I need to spam often, then I rebind the strafe keys to A and D, allowing me to rebind the now desolate Q and E to important cool-downs. The next few slots are taken by my two side mouse buttons for abilities I need to use on the fly like interrupts and taunts. Afterwards I bind the remainder with shift+1-5 for miscellaneous cool-downs and situational abilities. Anything else that I don't need for combat situations and the like is relegated off to the right bar, unbound where I exercise the age-old heathen ritual of clicking on them. It took a bit to get used to at first, but it has saved me much grief. Although I still sometimes accidentally fat-finger the Q and E, blowing my more important cool-downs at inopportune moments. >_< What is your setup? How do you bind your keys? I just want to get a feel for how most players set themselves up, maybe steal a few ideas for myself!
  2. I am fairly certain this will not be an issue, as it is possible to get light/dark side points from running instances repeatedly or using the diplomacy profession. Further speculation, from what I've heard is that if you get 50 dark side points and currently have something like 1000 light side points you will simply lose 50 light side points. The light side and dark side are on a scale after all, and it wouldn't make sense to have two sliders on the scale for two separate alignments. I do not know if that is true however, but I am confident you should be able to hit Dark/Light V regardless of your points in the opposite side.
  3. It could have something to do with the key you're bound it to.
