  1. I also emailed them several time over the past week and I managed to get a response to 3 of the tickets... but none of them even ADDRESSED my problems correctly. Even now i still have an open ticket that Bioware hasn't responded to.
  2. i have registered for the game and it has even been verified by bioware... but when i boot up the launcher i am still getting the same old "you have no active subscription" message
