We are also on the Harbinger. Our MT got a CSR response saying that it would be fixed in a patch sometime in the future

Tonight our group killed Brontes in DF HM for the first time. We got the loot, but we did not get the achievement. It doesn't show up for any of us in any way. We all submitted bug reports. Has anyone else seen this bug before?
