My guild is dead, my second guild too. With one healer (me) and one tank I need more than 20 min to make a group for flashpoints. The average people in fleet when I play (about 3pm GMT) is 20-50. I dont have exacta data, an I dont care about it. I just know that right now I'm more time waiting than playing. So yes, for me the game is dead. If you still enjoy keep playing.

I think it's ok to be out of combat if you appear out of range or without LoS. But doing in front of the enemy stops him of being out of combat while the sealther is. For me it's clearly broken.

If it's working as intended it's a joke. Stun,vanish and rest inf front of your nose. At least water exploit is solved. How can they be out of combat in front of you?

Expertise effects must be doubled. With the surge nerf a lot of people will move to pve gear to get more stats and endurance.
