I say buff the other crew skills instead of nerfing biochem and cybertech. We want all crew skills to be as equally awesome as possible, that way we can choose which we like. We don't want them to be equally useless.

it has its advantages and disadvantages. but overall id rather have the instant dmg. less time for the heal to go off.

yes there is a delay on project. no there isnt a delay on shock. no this isnt fair in pvp.
