Only read through the first 12 or so pages but I REALLY can't believe no one had TK421 (tkfourtwoone).... I mean , cmon....this IS a star wars game. I decided to do a variant of that name and went with TK420 (tkfourtwozero) Other great ones that I noticed in thread were Mulder and Scully, Orange, and Archer...bravo on those names.

Not sure what time you came to Harbinger, but (for pubs) yolo Q's pop in like 1-5 minutes during prime time. Even outside of primetime, i can generally get a Q in 5 minutes or so whenever I'm on (once again, pub side). Imp side is not as populated for ranked games and they can sometimes not get a Q for awhile (depending on who's on). I'm assuming you were rolling imp. Roll pub and problem solved.... or get more imps to come to Harbinger and start Q'in up.

If you go check out the WS forums under pvp, you will see its more than just an odd report here and there. There are many people claiming the majority of people in battlegrounds are botting afk'ers. Some people have screenshots of 7 botters and only 3 real players on some matches, and 5 botters is getting to be the norm now. Carbine hasn't even acknowledged what is going on, so many people over there are concerned that it might not be addressed any time soon. I'm still waiting it out to see if I'll be heading there, but right now, I'm not very optimistic.

I see "Open tourney" can be interpreted differently. I'll explain the way that im using the phrase... It should be "open" to all who want to attend, but just because it is open to all, does not mean you need 50 spectators lagging everyones system. This makes the tourney worthless imho if some participants lag less than others. Not fair to some. Better if people just watch it via stream. By having an exclusive location you can still have an "open tourny" (the way I'm using the phrase), but there won't be lag issues so the fights can be fair. Last year, there was a tourney on Nar Shaddaa (at least I think it was last year, lol). I was there. It was pretty much a joke because there were so many spectators that EVERYONE was lagging all over the place. Can't have a tournament like that. At least a real one. Everyone was complaining about how bad it was. On a side note, I do remember the ones out in OD, and there were usually 20 or so people watching those at any given time, and there wasn't any really noticable lag on my end...I wonder if different locations matter. If I remember correctly, the one on Nar Shadda had more people spectationg though. Something to keep in mind though. With option #2 that I presented, you generally don't have to worry about too many spectators because the matches revolve around individuals time in game. They can face their opponent whenever, wherever (as long as their match is completed by the next tier date). And those matches only take a few minutes.

Hasn't been one in a long while. If you do get one going, it really should be a secret location that only the participants know about. Unfortunately with prior tourneys, there would be too many people watching and cause huge lag issues for some people. It would be best to either do it 1 of 2 ways. 1) Secret location as mentioned above, someone stream on twitch, and people can watch it there if they want. This tourney would only last a few hours on one day. All participants fight one after another. 2) Have brackets set up and let people fight each other on there own time, record the win/loss and report back to this (or whatever) thread to let you know so you can update brackets. Rinse and repeat. Process may take a month or so. my2cents

Q's pop regularly here, and at all times as far as I know. And pub doesn't completely suck here unlike some other servers. But that depends on the time of day your playing I guess. Enjoy.

I've been Q'in up almost every night (solo Q) for ranked and haven't had a pop for almost a week. I'd Q up for ranked, wait 15 minutes without a pop, then Q unranked and get a pop in like 5 seconds or less. Rinse and repeat, same results. Every day. I don't understand. It's ranked comms with no rating gain/loss. There is no reason why more people shouldn't be Q'in up for ranked. People are pvping, as I said, I would get into unranked almost instantly everytime i left the ranked Q. So why not Q ranked (unless you loathe arena or something)? Am I missing something? It just doesn't make sense to me. Especially when I see people coming in and out of the ranked channel all night.

This. I will swap back and forth in huttball quite a bit. There are plenty of times where you have the ability to switch and get your force back up to full in no time. Between blackouts and stealth regen it's not bad. Assassins have so many control abilities you dont need to do alot of dmg in huttball to win (as an Assassin). Between stuns, knock backs and guard, you can protect the ball carrier better sometimes by doing that than if you were primarily dpsing. Having said that, I only do it with the ball carrier (no one else) and I don't do it in any other situation.

What are you talking about....If the stealther is just walking around in stealth then the non stealth is out of combat and can regen to full also...this would defeat the entire purpose of the stealth sap regen.

Actually they can. They can black out the persons name tag so it is anonymous and then post the video here. Pretty sure there is nothing wrong with that.

Nice post and thanks for not giving anything too indepth away Hopefully, if anything comes from this, it would be that people would stop the insane undercutting that happens. I'm on Harbringer also and see some crazy things sometimes. Isn't the problem also the solution? If someone is overcutting in an empty market and no one is buying, can't you just reset the market by putting them up for what you feel is an appropriate price? Who cares if one person puts it up for way more than it's worth... simply do not buy it. If it never sells he/she can a)either keep posting it at absurd prices and never make any credits from it (in which case it doesn't affect anyone but him) OR b) realize it won't sell that high and lower his price so it does sell. Either way, that doesn't really affect anyone in a negative way. I don't see how that would be a concern, yet alone "ruin it all". Maybe I'm missing something.

I had a blast yesterday doing some ranked solo, dont care if people were que-syncing or not. Twas fun. I quit the game right before arena came out, and just came back a few weeks ago, so this has been my first time doing it outside of pts (I know right). Was great when Vullesh was Q'ing up...Love to see him on your team and dread to see him on the other...lol. Will be doing more tonight so I hope people still keep Q'ing up.

Probably wasnt me, but I do send tons of crap back and forth between my 7 toons (ir skilled wit my crew skillz), and sometimes I can get a bit tipsy and certainly have made mistakes with mail in the past. (once sent something to a random person that must have not been playing because I received it back after the 30 days (or however long it takes before mail returns). Problem is, if I did mis-send something and was drunk, I probably wouldnt remember what was sent, lol. But my toon names are in my sig, if any of them stand out, just lmk. Either way, nice (and rare) to see someone actively looking to give something back in this game that wasn't theirs. /props
