This is where it all started

Lucas has already remade the OT and cluttered it up I would be all for a remake of what i saw earlier today which was an untouched version of the 1977 movie i love, no cgi crap no enhanced extras and Han shot first, even at the beginning of the crawl there was no "A New Hope" or Episode IV just plainly read Star Wars. It was the most enjoyable 2 hours I have had in while watching a movie. So what I mean by a remake is bring back the OT the way they used to be without all the clutter.

I believe they should have used all their resourses to make a kick *** KOTOR 3 and then collaborated with someone to make an online game in the Star Wars universe we all know and love. SWG 2 anyone?

because people are lazy and want to be led around by the nose and told where to go and what to do. SWG was never designed to be "that game" it was a game for people who enjoyed building a house or a city or a shop to sell weapon armor pets or whatever to other players. it was a game in which you could make a name for yourself not only thru combat but thru crafting or entertaining. i ran a shop with a friend of mine and it was great to meet all the players while hanging out and have them recognize me from the shop they had bought stuff from. it was a more elegant game for a more civilized day it will be missed

I think a new Star Wars sand box game would be great. I played Swg and although I came in after the nge I enjoyed the freedom and the community of the sandbox play. If i remember SWG was released to be more of a game like Second Life only based in the Star Wars universe. Community was the big concept here that was lost on players who bought the game expecting a standard theme park mmo and the devs thinking they could cash in on this changed the game radically resulting in killing the style people came to the game to be a part of to begin with. As far as SWG being failure i don't believe an 8 year run is too bad for a mmo.
