No...we know one thing. They are spending time trying to fix pointless WZs instead of fixing world pvp.

Great...so more people will do pointless disneyland PVP instead of Bioware actually fixing world PVP.

The "pvp" games are kind of fun but they are not what I would call PVP. I was really hoping for objective based world PVP like DOAC originally did (wonderfully) and WAR tried to do but failed (almost in the same way DAOC failed with their big PVP update). I am still holding out hope that Bioware is working on something. Hutball, etc. won't have any staying power. They are a nice distraction right now but definitely not a PVP end game. At least they didn't make the mistake of having an Arena.

To bury the thread. If this game stays the same my subscription fees will stop the day GW2 is released.

For me it was soloing around HMG in Emain on my Ranger when 2 fgs of Albs and Mids ran into eachother. I took out the healers from both sides and then started picking off the rest. I didn't kill them all but I killed most of them and was the only one alive at the end. Did you mean SWTOR? Ummmm....the time I caught the huttball in the endzone? Man I miss real PVP.

I also think Vanish should be on a longer timer or have some countermeasures (other than CC).

I think healers having stealth makes no sense at all. I think you have never played a Stealth class and have no idea how difficult it is. I also think you never played DAOC

I want something similar to DAOC. A world based objective and a small amount of reward (like Realm Rank levels/abilities that took forever to gain).

Good lord...if WoW is the model they are going to use for PVP I think I will just quit now.

Aria would be a good one for a female character...although only people who actually read the books would realize the reference.

Disagree...I think DAOC was far and away the best PVP that I have ever seen (pre-TOA and new frontiers). It didn't have an arena either.

I wanted to name mine after the bad*** operative from Serenity...except that he had no name. I tried to use Lonestar for a Smuggler alt but I think it might be a blocked name.
