I actually find Diagnostic Scan to be really useful. When I get the whole party topped off or near full I like to reward myself with Diagnostic Scan and get some energy back. It's also critical on boss battles after I've popped Adrenaline Probe and need some energy management. As a heal spell though, I agree, it's a POS.

Hi guys, I've gotten my invite but haven't been able to go home yet, so I'm just doing some research so I can have my strategy set before I begin my character. I'm planning on making an IA Operative healer, and my friend is going to make some kind of tank. Is it possible to do quests and level together in a party, so that I won't have to go for some hybrid build? Thanks in advance.
