Yes this new CD feature/bug is of the worst offenders. I got to say not to those who seem not to be having issues with this are more than likely not the hardcore pvp'rs of their servers. When you see a heal pot or red pot colored white and are in dire need of popping it. Sitting there clicking and clicking for nothing to happen is *********** annoying. Then after you've more than likely died because of this. You ressurect to find out the damn pot still had another 10secs on cooldown dispite beeling lit. Which in 10/10 times in MMO's means the ability is ready for use. It's a fail.. No ways around it..
