I highly doubt we could find one other player who even knows who I am. I have never even gotten a character past level 45 and play the bare minimum of group content. Although, people usually do complain that I don't spacebar through the cut scenes in flashpoints....

Yes, although I have so many cartel coins that I am not really concerned with that. My interest is in having the achievements actually be the achievements accomplished by the characters I am playing with. The character that I have now will end up having achievements marked off that were accomplished by a character that has been deleted for more than a year. That is stupid. This character that I am playing with is the one that unlocked this perk or that killed x number of Lord Graathan's droids, etc. I know most people don't care about that kind of stuff but it is something that matters to me. My biggest issue is that there is no reason why the legacy can't be deleted. If it is data stored on server, then it can be deleted. If Bioware is capable of selecting one legacy to overwrite another, then there should be no problem in allowing us to select which legacy we want to use on the new server.

I just wanted to reshare what I had written previously on the topic of Legacies after the upcoming server merge. It is really important to me, and I am sure others, that we be allowed to choose which Legacy we wish to continue with rather than having Bioware force us to use our highest leveled Legacy. Please let us either delete legacies or allow us to pick which legacy to use going forward the first time we log into the new server.

I have an issue with the upcoming server merge and my legacies. I had characters with a legacy on an east coast NA server at one point, then took time off from the game. I came back and wanted to start fresh so I deleted my characters but was disappointed to see I could not delete my legacy. No big deal, I went to a west coast NA server, created a new character or two, started a new legacy and played for a while. Then I took another long break from the game, came back earlier this week, wanted to try a bounty hunter, but had to move to a new server to start a new legacy. I did that on another east coast NA server. But now I am reading about the upcoming server merge and I see that my new legacy will be wiped out and my old legacy, that I specifically moved servers to get away from, will become my current legacy once the server merge happens. This is ridiculous. I called customer service, they were obviously absolutely no help. Why, specifically, can't legacies be deleted? If you can delete a character from a server, then you can delete a legacy. Data can be deleted from servers. The fact that it is bound to my account shouldn't be a problem. I have a credit card number and an email address bound to my account - those things can be deleted and changed. At the very least, we should be able to select which legacy we want to be used once we merge onto the new server. Anything less is extremely poor customer service.

OP must be a troll, right? He says he only played for one week, and he received two full sets of armor in his mail when he first entered the game. I thought you had to be a subscriber when GSF launched in order to get those armor suits?

I came to the forums with this same question. I picked up a quest on Dromund Kass for Hammer Station, completed that flashpoint, then went looking for the quest for whatever the next FP is. Athiss maybe? I see all the quests on the terminals for the first six FPs but I like to pick up all the courier quests too.

Oh ok, thank you. I knew about buying the mods at the different levels, but I did not realize there were pieces of armor that could also be bought with the crystals. I'll be doing that tonight!

I ran into this same issue the other night. Throughout the entire flashpoint (Black Talon), I received credits, some data crystals or whatever they're called these days, and then at the end when I turned in the quest, a speeder. Is this how it is for solo mode flashpoints? No gear at all? And the speeder that I received - was that a random quest reward, or is it given to everyone who completes the solo mode Black Talon flashpoint? I am wondering if I do it a second time, will I receive a different mount, a decoration, maybe an orange piece of gear? It is tough because going through Korriban, the flashpoint and some of Dromund Kaas, I don't have any moddable gear, but I have over 50 data crystals. Kind of silly at this point to give those as rewards if you can't use them. And I can't buy moddable gear from the social vendor since I am doing solo flashpoints.

I only played for a bit last night, on my level 18 Sith Marauder wearing green gear using Vette as a DPS companion with level 5 influence. I was still able to solo heroics without any danger of dying. I was even able to actually perform a few attacks on each mob before it was defeated, which is a big improvement from before the companion "nerf." Previously, I was only able to perform one attack, the opening attack, and then once Vette joined in, the mob died before I could get in another attack. So in my opinion, great job, developers.

Correct, I am looking for a laptop. I use it for things other than playing games and I do not want to be tied to my desk. Thanks for the link to the other thread. If I am reading it correctly, it looks like the specs on this laptop that I mentioned would be fine.
