Either it's bugged, or the e-mail isn't supposed to lead to anything. Which is weird because on on torhead there is a quest for going back to her apartment at level 38-ish, which is when you get the letter. Very possible there was a quest but it got removed after beta.

Exact same thing happened to me. Apparently the quest actually does exist on certain websites like torhead, it's called "Catching Up". Due to the fact that it never popped up for me upon receiving the message I just figured it was deleted after beta or something. Not sure though. Would love to hear if anyone had it actually work.
