you cant get medals from medpacs but theres an other way to get the medals by removing your equipment and re-equip it and take a special item (its something like holy water i dunno the name... that **** full heal you when not in combat)

Just re-roll a sage dude. I can do as much heal as you do in 10games by playing only 1 voidstar.

lol just get a better comp dude. 60secs should be lowered to 30secs. Im rank 65 and i've never been kicked by the deserter debuff.. But lot of my games have been ruined by some afk players. (Yes 1min can change the begining of a game, especially when you start in a 6v8 match.
