  1. Looks awesome. Though my way to get the gear necessary to be viable is paved with pain and suffering. Tried a similar build coming out of 50 and i get destroyed without much gear on. So, I went with a darkness build for better survivability, later on will be switching back to deception when gear is better.
  2. So remove the vendors and gear? That's rather silly, don't you think? You're telling me that my game experience (dictated as well by the gear that i wear to be competent in both pvp and pve battles) should be dependent on how much credits I have and not how much I have done in the game (outside of crafting)? Hence, if I have 50K credits to spare for an epic lvl 15 leggings then I'm done. Why quest outside of your class quest? Gear is an additional motivation to complete quests (in addition to xp and credits). Now we just mindlessly quest for XP? With your proposal, credits and gear/commendations should be negligible rewards in quests as they will now be sourced from the GTN. Another thought, why don't we just openly invite more gold farmers in the game? Instead of removing the commendation vendors, how about just creating a balance between the acquisition of credits and commendations. Increase the cost of commendation gear slightly in relation to credits instead of removing them. Or like some others have suggested, decrease the money sinks in game to increase the currency floating around for trade. Buff the crafted items slightly better than commendation gear and impose a level cap on crewskills. All these so that the option is still there for people who want to quest instead of day trade. Let the game mature. Let BW do their job.
  3. that epic bike sells for only 2K on our server (wound)... other not sure but i have both in the bank i think.. most i was able to sell prenerf was epic slice missions for 20K. i know! Last one sold night before nerf, felt so guilty.
  4. never seent bountiful or rich on class 6.
  5. Well, the "can-afford" casual players will just resort to buying credits as well.. We know how that screws up econ as well. Same bullsith just different way..
  6. if he drove you home in lamborghini. serious: says at the bottom of each mission - rich lockboxes, bountiful, abundant, moderate..
  7. Are you saying he's incompetent as well? hah! Anyway, IMO they should tune slicing back up a bit or provide a definition of the skill and create a necessity for it (>craft crits), else drop and take another skill.
  8. Some people would rather pay real $ for game money for a few reasons. Depends on how much one values effort and time w/ consideration to your spending ability (irl), of course.
  9. Fishing in wow still gave you fishes (what it was/is intended for) w/ cooking was of great value to keep or sell (not sure on Cata >). Still wanting to know if Slicing is really meant for just augments and the lockboxes are supposed to be just insignificant bonus creds. If so, then how in-demand augments can ever get since it's reliant on crafting crits. Hmn. 1651 posts and you'd think somebody from BW would care to calm things down. hah!
  10. Based on the spreadsheet with ave net profs of about 300 hundred credits, i think it's credible. Don't know how often they get goods to vendor though.
  11. /shrug (want to know as well what the skill's primarily for...)
  12. I think we should be able to ride/mount our companions. That'll be great and sometimes sexy!
