Das liegt daran das die aktuellen ptr Patchnotes den patch beschreiben, der auf dem PTR läuft, das sind nicht die kompletten patchnotes für den GEPLANTEN patch. Warum verwechseln die leute das immer?

Wenn du auf Imperiums Seite bist melde dich heute abend mal bei mir (Farrad) oder unserem GM (Skinner). (Ich bin so spätestens 21:00 Uhr online). Wir sind eine PVE orientierte Gilde, machen allerdings auch gerne PVP in der Gruppe. Ich (als Heal) und unser MT sind gestern abend erst 50 geworden und unser 2. Heiler braucht noch ein bisschen, von daher könnten wir Operationen erst nächste Woche angehen. Einen weiteren Tank dafür können wir aber definitiv gut gebrauchen Flashpoints wollte ich dieses WE angehen, vielleicht haste da schon Lust mitzumachen TS ist natürlich vorhanden p.s. Wenn das noch ein interessierter (angehender) 50er liest, sprecht mich einfach mal an. Wir suchen noch Leute, besonders DDs und Heiler die kein Stoff tragen

I guess most players who are just playing DDs (and probably never have played anything else) don't really understand the problem, so let me phrase it out for you: I enjoy doing pvp, alot. Healing is just less useful than anything else in pvp (not only but in part due to the 30% heal debuff), so doing damage is a lot more fun. On the other hand we have 30 guys in our guild and guess how many are going to play a healer? One. So, if I want to do anything pve wise (and enable my guild to do it) I HAVE to take the healing tree for pve. So, in contrast to a dps spec I am only viable in one aspect of SWTOR (pve) and almost useless in the other (pvp). This is just not fair for healers.

es geht nicht um die hotkeys. Die hotkeys sind okay. (Naga Maus + Keyboard) Es geht darum nicht nach rechts schauen zu müssen um die CDs zu erfahren.

Unabhängig von hotkeys oder nicht (ich benutze die btw) wüsste ich doch ab und an gerne, welcher Skill noch im CD ist und welcher nicht. Edit: Um das mal ein bisschen auszuführen, ich brauche im pvp: Den Breakable CC Den Stun Force Sprint Schock (instant DD) 2. DD mit Casttime (ohne bei proc) 1. Dot 2. Dot 3. Dot Schild Force Lightning (channeled DD) Todesfeld (AoE) Machtsturm (AoE) CC Breaker 1. Heal 2. Heal Interrupt Snare Den Skill für Hutball Knockback PVP Medpack PVP Stim Die hotkeys reichen gerade so aus (mit der naga maus und nem speziellen keyboard). Nur leider die Leisten nicht. Ich will nicht nach rechts schauen müssen, um nen cd für nen skill zu erfahren. Im Moment muss ich immer meine pvp medpacks, stims, und aufputscher gegen die PVE teile tauschen, damit das passt...

You guys are playing on a U.S. server from australian timezones. We are playing from European timezones on EUROPEAN servers. Wait until the game releases in your zone, before you start comparing that. Also, that this is even more invonvenient for you doesn't make it any better for us...

On my first try vs the Collicoid I was talking on the phone with someone and lost (mostly because I could not use hotkeys to give me shield or push the adds back). Second try I played with both hands and came out of the fight with 50% hp left.(Khem died though). I do have good equip though.I do mostly pvp, some planet quests and the class quests of course. It's tuned perfeclty from my point of view. You shouldn't be able to just faceroll bosses. Did you try to use a medpack and stims btw?

Guys, he has a point regarding the EU server. Some U.S servers are full around the clock, because people from two completely different timezones play on it (Australia and U.S.). Where as in Europe they are empty during off peak (and completely full during peak, I am European so I know ). His point is probably that it's not even possible to play at odd times to avoid queue, because if he did that- we would slide into U.S. peak.

To be fair, Eve does it EVERY DAY.

Bioware please do hire European server admins. Put them in an Irish Pub and let them out at 2:00 AM to maintain the servers. Your biggest competitor has that. Why don't you?

The problem is not that there is maintenance at all. The timing just sucks. Maintenance between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 pm on a day that many people took off from work is not really a good idea. To those people that don't seem to care as much (because they are probably U.S. and going to sleep now) I suggest that the window be moved to 11:00 pm CST. This would put it at 3:00 am GMT and would be a time I could live with.

They do. They usually broadcast a message 15 minutes before downtime that the servers are going down and repeat this message every 5 minutes until downtime.

I was about to post a thread complaining about the maintenance window being between 9:00 am and 1:00 p.m. I was also probably going to troll by suggesting it should be moved to 11:00 p.m. CST. But then I realized I will be at work on all other days except this one anyway.
