Were you around for launch and the first year? The community was extremely helpful in the beginning. You know why they're not now? Many people left and the ones that did get help either never paid it forward or they stopped playing like the others.. Now, everyone is disgruntled.. Why do people have to teach others how to play a game that is relatively simple to play and Google is right there? *by everyone, I mean the veterans that have stuck around hoping for improvements that never come.
