I quit before the queues went cross server. I was talking about when they were same server. Good info though.

My experience with dungeon queues. WoW BC same server queue. 30 minutes- 1 hour for any queue, even for a healer, which I was. These queues were more or less abandoned after a few weeks and became an almost completely unused part of the game, to the point where most people probably don't even remember them existing. Rift same server queue. Pre level 50, never got a single queue, EVER.... EVER!!! Tank, Healer, DPS, didn't matter. At 50 20-30 minutes or so unless it was late you would sit in it forever. I always tanked, so it was probably ever worse for DPS. WoW WotLK cross server queue. DPS queues 10-20 minutes, tank or healer queues anywhere from instant to 2 or 3 minutes. You can level all the way up to 85 doing nothing but dungeons if you want, with very little down time. You were almost guaranteed to get a queue everytime. For me it was one of the best additions ever to that game, and an industry standard that I have yet to see another MMO reach. If dungeon queues are not cross server, they will probably be worthless pre level 50, and take a lot longer than they should at 50. And god forbid you are on a low pop server on Republic. I'll take a functional, fast LFG system over an MMO "Community" anyday. I don't play this game to make friends.

*Prediction!* When the single server LFG system comes out, everyone will complain about how long it takes to get a queue. They will demand that they fix it somehow *ehem* Cross server. Same thing happened in both WoW and Rift.

This is the first game I have played where dots interrupt objective caps. It was probably a glitch to begin with. Me and 3 other people got hit by one persons AOE dot before they died, we all sat there and tried to cap with no reps in sight for about 15 seconds before the dot finally ran out. We barely got it before they came back. This is coming from an annihilation marauder. This will hurt me more than most, and I still think its the right thing to do.

A fair criticism. The only thing is, my Marauder and Guardian's damage have both steadly increased as they leveled up. If it turns out to be the same with the Trooper, then my damage will be insane by level 50. To be fair though, I'm not saying troopers are over powered, I'm just saying they scale too well at low levels, and they have a much easier difficulty curve than the oher classes I have tried. But that is just my experence so far. Marauder is probably one of the most difficult MMO classes I have ever played, so my opinion may be a bit skewed at this point.

My main is a Marauder with full champ, and I love it. After months of hardcore research and practice, I've managed to get 300k dmg regularly in most WZs with 5 or 6 medals. I also have a level 27 Jedi Guardian, speced tank, that I average 75k to 85k dmg and 5 or so medals. SO... I started a Trooper a couple of days ago, hit level 10 queued for a WZ and pulled #3 in damage, with 180k and 5 medals. I hadn't even picked an AC, and I only used about 4 buttons. I was amazed, at how easy it was. I queued again, and the same thing happened. Once I get my taunt and defend, the tank medals will start rolling in as well. I feel like all that effort with my marauder was for nothing, when I could have rolled a trooper and beat my face on the keyboard to get 10 medals and 300k dmg at level 50. Anyway, it was fun, but it does seem a bit unfair lol. Just sayin'.

Here's a question for you. So now that I'm not going to be using Scream, should I take my talents out of Malice? Does the + Crit chance affect Dots? If not it seems useless for Anni. -
