No you are literally stuck at 45 fps in warzones. I don't have many parts that can even be upgraded at this point and I run off an SDD. Rift is the same way, some engines just aren't that powerful, although Rift maintains a better framerate with a lot of people on screen, no question. Nobody gets 60 fps. You won't be able to disprove this. Go watch videos. Go watch reviewers playing on high end machines etc.
