I don't see it happening anytime soon. The reason they did it in wow was cause they want to spread out the pop, from Dalaran witch was a laggy nightmare with all people there spamming for dailies. I think the reason there isn't a stagger maintance is because you can log in to usa or euro servers using the same client. So I imagine it be a problem to have two verison of the client running on the same server at the same time. People are going have learn to deal with this cause they have said they are going be Tuesday maintanice every week.
