  1. This.... Low Population servers/faction side to do end content with due to lack of numbers. Bao-dur server (which i have 2x 50s on) had 36 people in republic fleet at peak EU time yesteday. In comparison, a heavy population server (which I have a low level alt on) had 200+ people in Republic Fleet.
  2. Same to me too, reading this thread i think thankgod i saved on the huge repair bills.
  3. I would also like to see Ground battles with vehicles, something like the classic Hoth and Endor battles.
  4. Eve is 1 of the few MMOs that dont use instancing and yes all 42,000 people can interact with each other if need be at the same time. Other Eve players will be able to back me up on this. PVP and fleet battles often have 2000 plus people engaged in fleet battles in the same system. They use a number of Supercomputers to run the game on. To quote the Eve Online website "A unique aspect of EVE is that it is run on one server. In EVE you can find over 25,000 players at any given time interacting in the same persistent universe. Other MMORPGS are played on multiple servers called Shards; these have a limited number of players on each, usually between 500 and 3000. "
  5. When World of Warcraft was 1st released it took me 3 months to get to level 60, it has taken me 2 weeks to get to 50. I have found it much easier and faster to level in SWTOR. The only quests I have not done whilst leveling, are those that require a group ie heroics and flashpoints. Do i feel, that i have missed out? No not really, I have quietly leveled just doing questing, no rushing and instead of spending hours looking for groups and having instance entry bugs, I have just quietly done missions.
  6. Regardless of what the "official" definition of an MMO game is, MY definition of an MMO is 800+ people on a server all playing together. In my opinion World of Warcraft fits this bill, Eve Online fits this bill with 42,000 people on a server at the same time. SWTOR does not fit this definition with 5 people on the later planets (on my server) and less than 100 people in the hub areas (corusant and republic fleet) When one is used to playing with 42,000 people, on a single server, 100-150 people on a server does not to me fit the definition of an MMO.
