Do i have to collect PvE items to be competive in PvP now?

Is it better to wear the best PvE item or the best PvP items from the game since the last patch?

Take out the bolster system: PvP is owned by people who know and use bugs right now! If you want balance, start make the items nearly equal and differ only by 1 point between four item levels. Put the same item levels as for PvE to the PvP vendors and remove the Expertise value completely. Easy and comprehensible for everyone.
