    Vanguard is identical to Powetech BH, you nurf Vanguard you nurf BH also, and Powertech BH is not OP at all!

I've said all along Champion gear should never have been given out so freely it should have been restricted like Battlemaster, maybe rank 30 or so, that way people would strive to collect Centurion rather than cast it aside. The gear progression in this game is so out of wack its silly. PVE is just as bad its easier to get Tier 2 than Tier 1!

While I have no issue with your attacks doing high burst damage the issue I do have as a Tankasin is that my "TANK" defense means absolutely sod all vs your attacks, defense, shield rating and absorb only work vs weapon damage and all your attacks are classed as tech. Oversight on BW's behalf maybe? Essentially it makes defensive stats in PVP utterly pointless.
  4. On the few occasions I have actually killed this boss the chest has bugged out so now I don't even bother trying. Total waste of time/effort.
  5. Chain shock should imho count towards harnessed shadows, specially in PVP i find myself often never reaching 3 stacks of harnessed shadows before the target is dead or at the very least I get 3 and they die from the first tick of Force Lightening.
  6. Im a PVE tank with more PVP gear than PVE, yet the only real PVP i do is the daily and weekly quest and thats it. PVE wise I try to do all Hardmodes everyday, but I always do atleast 3 (BT, Ilum and Emporer) if I cant do all of them. My biggest pet peave in all of them though is the strict DPS requirements for the bosses, I couldnt dream of having a fello guild member come along who was in green/blue gear as a fresh level 50, because I know the DPS would suck and we would wipe to enrage timers. Hell even now with a group of people in T1/T2 PVE/PVP gear its possible to hit enrage timers. Enrage timers either need removing or atleast extending on hardmode flashpoints if its going to give fresh level 50's a chance at gear progression. Because having to require T1/2 gear just to down a boss for a T1 commendation/crystal is a bit on the daft side.
  7. Question for you wonderful folks, What is the point in tier1 loot? Tionese specifically, only a handful of items drop from bosses more often than not you just get tionese crystals which themselfs are pointless. Surely it would make sense for all boses to drop some tier1 loot and also commendations so and leave the tier 2 on end bosses like it is currently. As it stands by the time you have saved up enough tionese commendations/crystals to actually buy 1 item chances are you would have the tier 2 version already unless its an item that only drops in EV. I've been farming Hardmodes now for weeks, I dinged 50 5 days after early access started, I have still not been able to replace to my chest/leg items either because of no drops or bad luck on rolls when they have dropped, but im not even close to halfway towards buying a columni/tionese item through commendations. There's also the PVP aspect of things, whats the point in centurion gear? I think the best move BW can make right now is restrict Champion to rank 30+ and add an extra bag onto the daily/weekly quests for Centurion gear. This would atleast give a linear gear progression for PVP as currently someone can ding 50, get lucky with champion bags and be in 1-5 pieces of tier 2 PVP gear in seconds. Its daft and gives no feeling of occomplishment to gaining the item.
  8. Actually Im begining to agree with this threads originla poster. Im 50 with level 51+ tanking gear, 18k hp, 27% defense, 52% shield, 46% abs yet a level 50 in green/blue below level gear can still put aggro off me despite me using everything I have to maintain it.

  10. 31/0/10 here myself have no trouble at all keeping aggro on a single target/boss but multiples are a total pain specially as our movement is limited and range is <=10m with most of our abilities, atleast on my BH tank I knew if I was tanking a boss and some adds came I could just pan the camera and pop of an aoe missile thingy to get their attention. Biggest annoyance for me though is closing down gaps, darth malgus is a prime example when he does his knock back takes forever to run back, BH/Jugg just leap right back in instantly, obviously im not a total noob, back to wall sorts that out for us
  11. 1 - Longer cooldown than all other "tank" gap reducing skills, reduced to 20s if your darkness specced, but still longer than the rest. 2 - 10m range might as well be in melee.
  12. Depends on the role you wish to take, As a dps class you should prioritise willpower over endurance, as a tank you would need more endurance over willpower to soak up the big hits. Later on in the game you get additional stats to take into consideration, like critical rating, shield rating, defense, surge rating etc these all relate to the role you wish to take. Damage or Tank.
  13. Tankasins are imho the least mobile of the tank classes, having played a Jedi Guardian during beta (carbon copy of the juggernaut) and having a 50 Bounty Hunter and Assassin on live all specced in the relevant tank line.

I think Assassins do need a force leap/jump ability, but only in the tanking line, all other thanks have multiple distance negating skills (grapple, jet pack jump, force leap etc) Assassin tanks get force pull and we have force sprint on a lower cooldown 20s but its not direct to target like the other abilities are which is what we need as im forever having to run after mobs to close down the gap and in the valuable seconds that takes a healer could be dead. As a tankasin myself I often find myself not able to do anything because something is too far from me, all our abilities are limited to 10m range unless we use a cooldown which is one a 1 1/2 minute cooldown. Considering the idea behind the assassin even the intro movie has someone with a double blade lightsaber jumping around being all acrobatic, i don't feel acrobatic at all as an assassin tank i just stand there zapping mobs in the face with shock and lightning.
  15. Un modded armour will have the lowest possible number, pop some mods in it and it will bump the level of the item and its level requirement up.
  16. Dec 5th here, CE pre-ordered ready to collect on Tuesday :-) Be chuffed if I got in today but happy to wait till tomorrow also.
