  1. Oh noes! Arsenal mercs have a main nuke! What an outrage! Give them several main nukes at once! Because I'm sure no other class in the game has a main nuke. Herpderp. And as to how you can find tracer spamming effective, do not know. Unless you're lucky with procs/crits to keep your heat down, you'd get overheated pretty quick. My rotation is pretty much: tracer x3 to stack 5 armor reduction Unload (if proced) Heatseaker (If unload didn't proc) tracer x2 to get up to 5 stacks of dmg reduction Unload (if proced) In pvp it all becomes situational. I tend to run alot more in pvp, and probably fire off more unoads (For the speed debuff) and heatseakers (because they're instant) than tracers. And I'm at least fairly successful in pvp. Besides alot of other abillities become more important in pvp. Electro dart Rocket punch (mainly for the knockback) Jet boost Shields and heals and so on, and so forth Now how do you expect me to bind all of that to one button?
  2. I don't have a high end machine. But I'm well beyond the recomendations for this game. And the fact of the matter is, that the game should run decently on the announced recomendations. I wasn't sure I would by this game, due to my computer not being the best. But when I saw that I exceeded the recomendations by such a large margin, I figured it wouldn't be a problem. Turns out it is. And it's kind of killing my experience. So yeah That being said. I believe that BW are working on the issue, and I believe and hope that it will be fixed in the near future. It's not my first MMO launch, so I'm well aware that there will be bugs and performance issues in the beginning. And to be completely honest. This has been the smoothest launch I've taken part of thus far. But when James Ohlen tells us that the perfomance issues are, more or less, only due to low-end machines.. Well, that just doesn't tickle me right.
  3. This is what breaks it for me too. I run with about 60-100fps in most places. But Imp. Fleet and Warzones just kill my fps. Doesn't matter what gfx-settings I use. It dives straight down to about 15fps and stays there for the duration. It's really not possible to play pvp like that. And I really do not understand what's the problem. I tried everything on my end. I adjusted gfx settings (I turned everything down to lowest possible setting) I used nVidia Controll Panel to set my gfx card at perfomance instead of quality. I tried different resoulutions on my screen. I updated my drivers to latest version (not including beta-versions). And still it's that crappy. Pretty amazing, when the rest of the game is running fine (more or less).
  4. Just a little thing to implement in the future. An option to lock your chat window, so you can click through it. It's pretty annoying to try to click target something, only to realise that you activated your chat. Kind of screws up rotations and movement. Also, as I was looking through the forum pages for any other topics regarding this minor issue, I realised there doesn't seem to be any search function on the web-forums. And being a lazy *****, I just assumed there was no other topics regarding this matter. At least not on the first page. Some minor kinks. Nothing game breaking. Just for your consideration. Thanks for a great game!
  5. I don't think all that many people are angry. I think a few players out there have been confused about the pre-order/product registration-code mix up though (me being one of those people). But I must say that the dev tracker hhave been very helpful with clearing that up for me. And I'd like to give big ups to the devs and forum mods that keep pushing out the same messages all the time, so that people understand the difference between the codes and don't have to be so confused any more. I don't think I've ever seen a mmo-forum get so many developer answers a day as this one. Been playing WoW for the past 5 or so years (since WoW patch 1.1) and getting hold of a blue on those forums is a nasty business. You'd have better luck getting in to a conversation with a GM in game. [Ticket status - Open. Estimated wait time to talk to GM - 4days 12hours 36minutes] GG
