To all the people who think that early access is a pre-order bonus-well you are sadly wrong. The bonus is a lame color stone, while "Early Access" is a sellpoint and the main reason for pre-ordering.

 

Now, if all the late pre-orders end up winning only one or two days, than there's simply no point in pre-ordering the game.

 

And to all lame excuses like,"they do it to relieve stress," or,"it's reward for loyalty," or any other excuse-well get real. Because they'll have to let us all in anyway and at 20th there will be even more people than now, so the whole stress thing is pretty much irrelevant+beta stress test is more than proof enough that SWTOR can take it.

 

As for loyalty rewards-lol. This isn't my first mmo either, so I know full well that there's no such thing as loyalty, only fanboys who are willing to stay no matter what. And don't forget that such rewards have second side, mainly being punishment for the rest of the playerbase.

 

With all that being said, Bioware/EA/or both of them did provided misleading advertisement for their pre-order campaign. So EU guys can file a suit. However nevermind all that! If BW actually has the guts to keep people waiting all the way till 19th, well do pardon me, but that qualifies for being Aholes in my book.

Everyone will be getting at least one day of Early Game Access - unless you pre-order on the 19th, in which case it could be less depending on the speed of your game download, etc. If you do pre-order less than a day before we end Early Game Access, you'll get access granted very soon after you redeem your pre-order code.

considering is very unlikely that we get an email sent before the 20th (release date) what's the point of preordering then?

 

in my opinion this staggering system for early access, defeats the purpose of doing a preorder now.

 

should i just cancel my preorder and wait till the 20th ?

 

 

 

Disregarding all the trolls and fanboys, I'd recommend you to wait till 15th, while searching for a substitute MMO. If you're not in by that time, well cancel the sub and go to play that other MMO till 20th.

This whole waves gig is a total bull. If they're having issues or worried about overpopulated servers now, than what's gonna happen at 20th?! Even more people will play the game and there will be no more excuses to hold back the pre-ordered players.

I don't really care what people say or think. Fact is pre-order guarantees early access and unless BW gets it's act together and starts inviting more people, it can very well be sued for false advertising.
