  1. In theory I don´t care if no one could use crafting-boni in pvp. But as a matter of fact, everyone can and some guys do (the premades from the rep-site, for example), and if I want to stay competitve, I need to have the crafting-boni, too. As long as Bioware doesn´t nerf crafting skills into oblivion and/or bans them from warzones, there´s no middleground: The pve-only-mats for crafting-boni need to go. Edit: Bedtime now here in Europe.
  2. Yes, I could even live with Crystal Alloys being bop and buy them for some ridiculous 500.000 Credits from other players who LIKE farming Hardmodes/raids over and over, but doing the same boring boss-fights over and over again with clueless pve-nerds (no offense intended, but try doing hardmodes without premade team in the first 2-3 month of an mmo...) is a waste of lifetime just for the crafting-boni! WoW has shown like it´s done: Crafting-boni for the crafter only: Access granted when reached max. level in the crafting skill, but NO mats required from pve-dungeons.
  3. Since pvp gear has more itembudget "wasted" for endurance than pve gear of the same lvl AND puts itembudget into a stat that is totally useless in pve (expertise), any serious pve-guy will laugh at you if you go RAIDING in pvp gear. Stop this silly comparisons. Stay to the topic.
  4. Not a native english speaker, but thanks. And YES, it´s ***** to force people into semi-raids/hardmodes for the crafting-boni!!!! I could understand this in terms of some very good crafting-stuff for OTHERS (e.g. trade able), but not for the intended craft-bonus as such...
  5. Really, Bioware? Serious? You force pvp players into pve-hardmodes or semi-raids for a freaking Biometic Crystal Alloy for the purple re-usable-recipes? This is very kind of you, bioware. NOT. It´s 2001 MMO Design. Even WoW manages to do better in terms of crafting-boni since the end of Burning Crusade several years ago. Would like to see the outage of the pve-nerd if he could only get his purple recipes for selfuse-only after he had won some 150 warzones, because this is the amount of time the typical pvp-player will need to get three freaking Biometic Crystal Alloys thanks to clueless players in flashpoints and badluck in rolling on the Alloys. No, Bioware. Youre "selfuse-recipes only via pve-farming"-mechanic is outdated and an insult to any SERIOUS pvpler who denies doing pve in flashpoints at all, since fighting nscs who are scripted to lose is utterly boring. GET RID OFF THIS!
  6. No, its not just the warzonefps issue. The FPS-issue is just in warzones. Got the difference? Really.
  7. AMD Radeon Drivers is 12.1 (newest), Motherboard-, Sound-, Net-/Rooter-Drivers have been updating the week before christmas. So pls, stop this fanboy-stuff.
  8. You know, Im currently in a pvp guild. Everyone there can play SWTOR outside of Warzones including the occasional raids on world-bosses with more 30 people) with 50-100 fps depending on his individual rig. But out off the 31 people in the guild,9 (including me and my best friend) have severe FPS-drops in warzones (and warzones only), with alderaan being UNPLAYABLE. Add this to server-laggs in warzones and here you are. Thats not representiv, I´m aware of that. But there are already enough players experience fps-issues partly or totally in this game, not only the one who post in this "cry-threads" on the forums. Btw, if i wouldnt play warzones, I wouldn´t notice a problem at all, and there are MANY players who simply dont care for pvp and never set foot in a warzone.
  9. First time in customer-forums? There´s the 8th re-incarnation of the "Horrid FPS"-Thread with people having issues on much stronger rigs than mine. It´s not just "me" having fps / performance / stabiliy problems.
  10. AMD Phenom II X6 1090T, XFX HD6870 Dual Fan, 8 GigByte DDR Ram. Thats enough for you hardware troll to stop, really. SOrry, but playing wow-warzons and BF3 multiplayer with constant 70FPS and more clearly indicated this game has severe performance-issues.
  11. I can play WoW-pvp with 80 players running and fighting around me, on ultra-graphical settings with 70 FPS and more. But entering Civil-War WZ with just 16 people not even in sight makes my system go on its knees (=15-30 fps) while everything is set to LOW and shadows are turned off. So dont come with the "its your system"-trollpost.
  12. Wow didnt drop my FPS in random-areas by 50% oder 90% while the CPU is only adressed by 50%, WOW didnt cause my CPU Heat going to 100 degrees celcius just after downloading a patch, WoW didnt lag the **** out off battlegroundservers when they integrated battlegrounds when FPS and MS are both high/low, WoW as a didn´t make my pc reboot or hardcrash in any of the 7 years I´ve played it, WoW didn´t came out in 2004 with a game-engine that was designed in 1994, like SWTors Hero-Engine is from 1990/2000.
  13. I´ve been with WoW from the first day, joined Warhammer, Aion and Rift within release or shortly after, but... never ever have I read that many complains about fps/ rig-stability, overall-performance or insufficient hardware where one is much above average system requirements in any MMO-forums the way I do now in SWTOR. This clearly sends a message to the devs (and the hero-engine based on an 1999/200*-design, too). Sorry for the bad english-
  14. Tanks are going to dominate pvp.
  15. That´s why I wrote "in SOLO-queue". 90% of the WZ-population don´t even know what to do with the ball... ... But if you refer to the stealth-advantage as "pro"-point of the concealment-operative, this also counts for healing operatives and assassins and is not something you "must have" in huttball like knockbacks (too many of them in the game) and pulls.
