    Need help! Me and my friend were playing together when suddenly he had a lag and was thrown out of the game. After that he can't log in the launcher and the site. It writes that he wrote an incorrect answer for the security question and need to phone the administration (we are in russia and it can be quite expensive for us)! O_o How is that possible if he did't even try to log in after the crash? What can he do?

    I've got a question: i pre-ordered the game 9 days before the early game access, redeemed THE ONLY code that was sent and now they (swtor.com) are writing that i need to redeem the product code, not the pre-order code! Where can i get this code and where are my 30 gaming days?!
