  1. I currently have my game canceled with 12 more days remaining. There are some enjoyable things about the game, but it is not good enough to play long term now that I have seen all the content.
  2. It really is ridiculous to obscure all the timers during the GCD. Good players should have the GCD constantly active by using some kind of skill. When the GCD timer makes all the timers unreadable, it is very difficult to make decisions on what skill to use next.
  3. I agree, but do you think it is too much to ask that when you do actually win, or get a kill, that it actually counts?
  4. It works, it just needs to be tuned to fill a little faster I think. Also, roots and snares should be part of the resolve equation.
  5. I see them regularly and BW doesn't seem to ban them so.... Sarcasm aside, this does seem like a poor mechanic, but I do not see it as a big deal. If one person is standing on his own goal line, running around to reset his debuff, his team is not likely to score a goal because they are essentially playing a person short. Eventually the other team will score due to resolve or shroud or what have you. It might result in a lower score game, but the times when it will actually affect the outcome are going to be very, very rare.
  6. I love Huttball and it is a fun map, but it definitely gives advantages to certain classes - sorcs in particular. The real problem here is the faction imbalances that result in some players doing around 90% of their PvP in Huttball.
  7. I think one of the problems with tracer is actually in the lower level PvP brackets. Actually, the baseline 1.5s skill is also very powerful before you can even get tracer. The scaling for these abilities at the lower levels is a bit insane. You can go into a warzone at level 10 and wtfpwn people - you usually deal more than 5k damage with 3 casts and you can get the 2.5k crit medal pretty easily at low levels. My first warzone at level 11, when I had no real idea how to play a merc, I topped the damage meter. Your raw damage from the 1 button spam actually decreases as you gain levels and the scaling factors come down - now in my 20s for instance, I cannot get the 2.5k crit medal unless I pick up a powerboost (if my gear was top notch, it might be different though). Maybe it is just me, but at level 50 mercs do not really feel as overpowered. It is at the lower levels with their insane damage scaling and when you do not have as many abilities to counter them that they feel really broken.
  8. It is amazing to me that we still have the bug where they allow more than 8 people into a warzone. Seems like that should be a huge priority since it is basically an auto win for one side.
  9. The voting basically ends when everyone has left the zone. Warzones do quit automatically after a while, but it is not usually necessary to wait more than 10-15 seconds after it is possible to leave because most people are gone by then.
  10. One thing that you should consider is how thankless being the "tank" is in a warzone with no healing support. I agree that the healers are my first priority for MVP, and that tanks can rack up the medals pretty easily if they have healing support. In a bad pug though with no or bad healers, "tanking" just means you get to die a lot
  11. OP, you get rewarded by medals. Healers get the shaft in terms of medals, so I auto vote them MVP as long as they are primarily healing. If there were no healers, I generally vote for whoever I felt contributed most towards a win (or if we lost, I will just vote for the best player).
  12. Why do we want to idiot proof the game? Mobs killing the healer? Tank needs to L2P. Mobs killing the DPS? DPS needs to L2P. And there are definitely ways to AOE tank just fine as long as you are well geared and setup the pull properly.
  13. Agreed - a basic macro system is definitely needed
