I am curious how much dps sorcerers can and should be doing, because as fully optimized and in Lightning Spec as I am, still getting my beat by the guilds sniper/mara. I play 3/31/7 Lightning, have the following stats buffed /rakata stim: Willpower: 2290 Power: 1062 (1050.8 bonus damage) F. Power: 1298 Crit: 170 (34.68%) Surge: 228 (73.64%) Alacrity: 345 (10.39%) With this I'm averaging about 1650 on the ops dummy and am curious were everyone else is at and if you're doing more, what are you doing differently? Thank you!

After clearing HM TFB on Monday night, I got to working on a kill video/Guide for the last boss. It is now up and running and wanted to share it with you guys to try and help any guild struggling with this daunting fight. Feel free to comment/ask questions, we are here to help our fellow JC members prove to everyone else who the best server really is.

<Insurrected> is now 5/5 HM TFB. Having cleared the 8-man instance in the first week, we are trying it in 16-man difficulty. We are still recruiting most roles, but in particular geared dps and healers. All good and experienced players are always welcome to apply.

Hey guys, I'm not sure if you remember me, Pichon from <insurrection> back on the corsair. Anyway, we are now <insurrected> and have been been clearing HM EC with 2-3 groups weekly depending on how many people show up every week. We are always looking for active raiders to strengthen our progression team and give us more flexibility. We have also already cleared HM EC on 16man in addition to our almost weekly Pilgrim kills. I have a level 29 Bounty Hunter, which I managed to get Mako to 10,000 affection with. I've done all quests offered, including the Level 40 one, but I did not receive my legacy buff. The buff requires that you complete all conversations with that character, but Mako no longer offers anymore which leads me to believe that some must have a level requirement. My question is, what level does my Bounty Hunter need to be before I can complete all character conversations (particularly mako) and get the legacy buff?

The corruption companion is really good, so leveling as corruption and let your companion kill everything while you heal it is probably the best way to level with the addition that you are a healer and will have an easier time getting into flashpoints. Madness is probably the second best way to go if you insist on dps. The stuns, CC's, self heals and shields make leveling as madness highly effective when taking on big groups and staying alive, it is also more effective than lighting, but in flashpoints will most likely do a bit less dps. swtormaster.wordpress.com
