I was not really looking for gameplay tips, I was rather looking for a mental way to cope with this. The issues in pvp is not single classes being op or not but rather the entire flow and gameplay is too diffrent for me. Feels abit like a communist wz where noone is allowed to stick out becaus of personal skill, Atleast not more than a certain degree.

Hello I cant seem to finish any wz's anymore without ragequitting. I play full battlemaster Vengeace Juggernaut fully comfortably keybinded and properly specced. Im doing fine most of the time on the scoreboard but I thought I would be able to matter more in a wz, Affect the outcome of the match in a direct way like I was able to in the other mmo I played (guess which one)... However I find myself hitting a class for 30 seconds then dying constantly due to being massively outnumbered or targeted by too many people even after using every trick in the book to survive. Im simply not used to this, I used to have a rule in the only other mmo that if I died more than 3-4 times in a single battleground I would leave it in shame considering I was the highest rated arena player on the server, It was a joke for myself while also giving me a challenge in each bg and ofcource this only applied when I played alone. The feeling of being a helpless class with zero effect on the games outcome other than huttball where it's not as important to be able to gain an advantage over the enemy team if you are a good ball carrier yourself, IS extremely painful to me and expresses itself in my ragequits and breaks from the game. Bottom line: I log in play for 10 min in a wz, Get killed by a million jedi consulars throwing rocks at me then I leave the wz log out and dont play for a week. < This has repeated itself for atleast a month now. I thought I never would say it but im missing WoW pvp where I could play alone without my guild premade in a bg and just relax, Doing fine and completely dominate even enemy premades alone as long as they werent consisted of players of my own or better calibre. Anyway, Some mental practice here, Are there any funny mind tricks I can play on myself to cope with this? Becaus currently I feel the way Mike Tyson would have felt if he at the top of his career would suddenly have the strenght of a 7 year old girl, All the knowledge and expertice is there but there is simply no effect. I admit that my post is poorly written due to tiredness but I kinda wonder what you unlock if you have a 50 human considering all classes/Factions already have human as a choice.

Hello I heard that you can unlock for example S Purebloods for all classes and even for the republic if you already have a pureblood at 50? This goes for all species, But what about humans? Since all classes and factions already have human as an option do people who leveled a human lose out on the unlock things compared to people who played aliens?

Oh wait I think you forgot how many turbolasers most SW capital ships have, Not to mention that they pour out a complete hail of fire at ALL kinds of directios. Sure reapers have some insane tech that we dont really know about, But they seem to fear a united Citadel user civilisation. So from that we can kind off judge how powerful they are. Never diss the power of Star Wars capital ships, Especialy bigger ones just look at Taris and those were old smaller old republic ships. Look at the Executor SSD and how many guns it had... Now imagine those firing on one of those small crab like reapers.

There are many reasons to support this game. But some people dont have patience and get anoyed by silly things that makes me wonder how they get on with their lives if they would cry over every minor detail that was not perfect.

I think the lightsaber forms has started to become abit ridiculus on this forum. Whenever a vs thread starts everyone is like but he is a master of that and that while he is not suited to fight other lightsabers ect ect. Sure it's good to take that in consideration but there is insanely much more to a Force user vs Force user fight than only the lightsaber forms. It feels like Pokémon in here, Oh nooo Water is weak to Lightning but dont worry he also knows Earth element and will as such prevail against Lightning.

I didnt have any problem with the running, Just plan out how to quest. But yes you need a speeder on Tatooine.

I love dueling areas in mmo's, Atleast in WoW which is the only mmo I ever played before swtor. It's great for building community, practice and just general fun. In swtor I have yet to find a good area where people hang out to duel, And that makes it feel like something is massively lacking for me. Currently all the pvpers just stand at the pvp daily terminal doing nothing, I think this terminal sould be moved to a place where dueling is allowed. Anyone else that has thoughts about this? Hello im enjoying this game alot and I do fine on my fully champion geared dps jugg in small scale fights. But lately I feel like I die too fast whenever there are many ranged dps classes on the field. And eventho im fully champion geared it feels like people are targeting me on purpose to get a fast kill since I die rather fast when targeted unless ofcource I run to get out of line of sight, But even then I find myself on half hp or less most of the time. Does anyone else experiance a simmilar scenario? Best Regards!

Return to WoW? Just no. With the recent fixes to the ability delay in pvp there is absolutely no reason to go back to WoW at all, There is nothing WoW has to offer that tor cannot. Arena? Give me a break, That inbalanced **** will never be proper and has been shunned by the esport community, Whenever they get an illusion of balance, A new patch comes to completely ruin it with new nerfs/buffs or pve gear and the latest pve trinkets oh right dont forget that almost the entire top of arena players consisted of mmr abuses the last two seasons effectively making famous arena players rant on how broken the system is. Not to mention the fact that the game is a Warcraft game supposed to look like it takes place in the 13-15 century but in fact looks about as sci fi as swtor in most cases along with gear and character models that I already puked on back in 2005. The only thing that is keeping WoW together nowdays is simply the sheer size of it and the fact that many have friends there.

No thanks it's just silly. If you are on a battlefield, Rocks shrapnel ect is flying everywhere. The last thing you want to wear is somekind of bikini. There are armor you can wear to look the way you want to look, Also they are making more stuff moddable in the future.

Hi guys I play swtor and im enjoying myself alot eventho with some anoying bugs. But I am a very patient person most of the time so I can live with them. However I have a friend who has gone back to WoW only becaus the button § (left of 1) brings up the customer support page. This is a complete joke and pisses me off so much and in turn makes me lose faith in humanity how can someone disregard the amazing story and potential of this game becaus of such a small thing that will most likely get fixed in the future?

You sould consider that you are posting while everyone in the US is sleeping. WoW servers also go low during these times.

I wrote that my focus was on the objectives to a 100%. So real life, I study my second year at the university reading history, I work at a shop every summer and live in a small apartment pretty close to the university. Oh and I also speak to my gran on a regular basis. The beauty of pvp is that if you are decent you never have to play much to reach the "high end". I can admit that when I began playing WoW I was playing abit much but as time went on and I got more healthy priorities in life I realise how little I had to play to reach the level required to earn titles and such in WoW.

Feels good watching all the scrubs come to nibble at my feet. And yes whenever I tell people about these things on social occasions and on job interviews they offer to name their first borns after me. Just to give a background on me, Im a 22 year old pvp player from WoW in which I gained gladiator 4 times. I play on the server Chuundar and whenever I try getting the 3 wz wins for the daily without playing with a friend over skype, it takes ages. I cannot stand it anymore. Today I have lost 12 warzones to get my 3 wins it's just too much to only be bad luck. This has repeated itself a few times eventho im 100% focused on the objectives and winning. I play a rather powerfull character and specc managing to normally top the dmg. What is wrong with the imperials? It's just extreme and im now considering going republic but that would in turn mess things up for all my leveling friends. Sould I really be forced to play with friends over skype to have a remote chance of finishing my wz daily within a resonable time? Best Regards.

However as we all know everyone is quite unique, Do you remember that african woman Caster Semenya who kinda looked like a man and beat all other women in running. People born as hermaphrodites then living as women sould be able to be equal (simmilar) to men in weight lifting assuming their muscle fibers are simmilar.

My father is a Doctor and a scientist in these areas. I felt compelled to ask him about these things after reading this topic. There are sevral fundamental diffrences between men and women when it comes to the body which in turn favors men when it comes to physical combat, Everything from stronger muscle fibers (by quite a margin) to more muscle fibers even in a simmilar sized muscle to a womans. A more rubust skeleton structure with alot harder skeleton than women has. Men also have alot fewer pain receivers in the skin (which is where mainly pain comes from in physical fighting) And since my father is also a neuro pathologist with a big interest of the human brain he also explained a few diffrences between the brains of women and men, However those are nothing I will state here. Bottom line is that a woman has to work three times harder to overcome the diffrences when it comes to the bodies of men and women. And ofcource men can reach higher than women ever can when it comes to strenght ect. I did not write this to insult anyone women are just as good and valuable as men in all regards.

The technology is slowly evolving in the SW universe, Some people has a silly idea that War slows down the technology or even makes it go backwards, This is not the case, War increases the need for technology to beat your enemy thus the complete opposite is truth, Especialy in a world like the Star Wars universe.
