I've been having the same issue with the 'Robe of Deception' in the Red Reaper flashpoint. Supposedly it drops from the 2nd boss, but I have never seen it (Only the Lower Robe of Deception drops!). The First boss drops the Gloves of Deception, and the Last boss drops the Double-Saber of Deception. Nothing else seems to be available >.<

It (still) does not proc it as the tooltip would suggest.

Also, sorry If I looked over this and missed it, but Harnessed Shadows also doesn't get a stack when Slow Time is used, despite it's description.

The bug is that it aggros from further away than if you weren't stealthed. What's the point of having an Extra Long aggro range, if normal people can't walk past, why not put it at the 'normal' aggro range instead?

I've had that bug happen as well. Standing with my group infront of the boss, I stealth to get my bonus force regen before we pull, and he aggros me. It's really frustrating.
