Hey props to him, different game though, and yes I do realise that his class spec in that is not based on dmg its based on controlling other people. This wasn't a revelation when it hit WOW a year ago, tier 1 rogues have always said they're not about damage but control. OK first point, yes your correct, 2nd point no its not, they saw games like Mafia wars on Facebook where you can only do things every 30 minutes or every hours and they copied that. Latency affects client server updates, not the client playing an animation for the button you've pressed. PVP lag is clearly evident with people teleporting all over the place back and forth on a 30ms connection. the code needs to be worked on.

This is game breaking as it feels like there is a UI delay of up to 250ms at times and this is not acceptable. I'm PVP focussed, and its CLEARLY obvious on a Sith Sorc when shielding people, the shield and buff on the person doesn't appear until at least 200ms after you've pressed the key. Nothing to do with server pop or latency as its in a pvp shard. De-Torque

No a hack is something that is designed to cheat, an addon gives you functionality that was left out of the hard coded (and i must say TERRIBLE) UI that shipped with the game. Addons don't mean cheating, anyone wanting to actually cheat will use a third party program that's external to the game itself.

Whole point of the system is to give you an indicator of how long you've been at max lvl dude, spend an hour at lvl cap doing dailies and you will make up all that lost +50 your upset about.

The East and West sides of Alderaan need to be far more different in terms of themes, i play both factions and get confused calling incoming. Now before you say im bad or whatever, 99% of games im in I am the ONLY person who calls incoming or even talks at all the entire damn game. Can't wait for UI mods, going to just write a PVP one that allows for scrubs to click a GO HERE button that people with the mod will see so they can react

Healing if fine in Wzones, i push about 200k each time as well as medals for KB soloK and 10 kills and im heal specced. You need to spec into healing, not dps talents thinking that your healing is going to work as well as someone who is geared towards it. Also turn your precast interface to 0 so it doesn't queue things, if you queue stuff your gimping yourself massively.

Its effective heals, as in you have to have a >2.5k missing health and get >2.5k in one pot which is possible, if your at full health it won't count towards this medal OR the >75k medal.

Lag is sporadically happening to everyone on and off, it will be addressed as the client <-> server update process is still all over the shop and needs to be fixed for the PVP section of the game to be actually fun. I get this as well as people porting backwards and forwards like they've done the Picard maneuver and I don't have FTL detection or something... its annoying but we need to deal with it since the game just launched. @OP I Personally guarantee that when you hit 50 there will be people leveling that you can kill in your shiny new epix. Don't cry about it when you know full well you will be the one pwning teh noobs once you hit 50 and not caring at all about the imbalance real PVP gear gives you. Bolster is a fairly well implemented mechanic, your being hosed by precision not bolster fail. Infra edit: Spelling

@ Zetara I've seen a lot of games where most medals don't get votes, which is poo in a defend game since they have 5k defend from sitting on nodes doing what they're meant to. @ Vlaid same with people actively communicating in /ops which really annoys me since people talking in a WZ is a massive boost to your team Plos post pics :>

Hi all, looking to start some HEALTHY and POSITIVE discussion around the MVP system and why those of you who PVP a lot or a little vote for or against people for PVP. For me its simple, if I see people playing the Warzone and trying to do the correct thing on behalf of their team then i will consider voting for them. In before TLDR here is my pic to start things. Warzones are NOT world pvp they're simply bg's now as you can't get in unless it lets you. There are only a tiny number of servers out of the hundreds that WOW has live with regular large scale world PVP and they've been doing it since vanilla. Don't get your hopes up for this game having the same
