  1. False. If the player effected by this is ranged or if you're standing in melee range of the person, he will be able to attack you since this only roots the player making him unable to move but not disabling the ability to attack.
  2. Gotten several votes today. 50 valor 1 Commendation I'm unsure about the commendation, but I'm 100% sure about the valor.

  4. How about the post right before me? My rig: i7 2600k 8gb dd3 @ 1600mhz XFX AMD HD 5870 (which isnt even that good)
  5. I don't have any problem playing there at all. Sure, I'm having much lower fps there than any other place. But 20fps during big battles is playable. If your fps is still to low after the fps increase fix, your computer isnt good enough for ilum.
  6. I'm playing a sage myself, and I agree with this change. Things would be more interesting then seeing people trying to solo carry the ball to the goal, dying half way there qq-ing in chat.
  7. No it doesn't. Sorc bubble doesnt make you immune to ANYTHING. It absorbs ~4k damage with GOOD GEAR. You can even crit on the bubble. The bubble you are talking about is the assassin/shadow bubble which is exclusive to them. LEARN THE GAME BEFORE COMPLAINING, PEOPLE LIKE YOU ARE THE ONES RUINING IT.
  8. So sorcerers have stealth now? Didn't know that. No wonder people are calling the nerfbat on them when people can't even see the difference between a assassin and a sorcerer. Learn the game before complaining please.
  9. I have to agree that too many classes has the ability to knock people away. Playing a Sage myself I could see our knockback being nerfed in a way that it only knocks 2-3 targets in range instead of all.

    Commendations Cap?

    I'm guessing the whole reason for the cap and making the bags unique is so people can't stack up to much before they reach 50. I mean, you can still afford 5 bags when you reach 50, plus the one you already bought. 6 bags once you reach 50 isn't bad. MMO's is all about progression.

  12. Who cares? They could make this changes on non-rp servers. The majority of the people playing wants a working pvp system. They can't force people to re-roll into republic. Even though this is the lazy way out, its way better then what we have right now.
  13. I'm completly missing the point of this thread. Could someone enlighten me? (Here's what I think it's about) Removing expertise from the game would ruin pvping. A pvp-geared player should always have the advantage over an pve-geared player in pvp, which is what expertise is for. And using pvp-gear in pve should put you at an disadvantage.

  16. I'm not sure where to post this. If this is the wrong place, please move it. One thing I've noticed in this game that differs from other mmo's I've played is the huge delay between players. I'm playing with an avarage ms around 50, and so are my friends. Even so, there's about a 1.5-2 second delay between our screens. I'm pretty sure everyone has noticed this in pvp. You seeing something on your screen and then it looks like some weird magic going on and a player moved like 50 meters. Here's some scenarios I've encountered in pvp on my Jedi Sage: 1. Knock Backs (Force Wave) Very often when I'm positioning myself in the right spot to push a player to the opposite direction they fly in some other weird random direction cause he's not in the position I'm seeing him on. When two people use knock back at the same time (according to my screen), I'm the only person who's flying away while the other one is standing right where he/she was before. 2. Dying even though I got health left When having low hp and trying to heal my self up, I often die even though my bar is telling me I'm still having around 1-2k hp left. And after about 1-2 seconds it's displaying me the damage that killed me and empties my health bar. 3. Huttball Something that happens waaaaaaay to often is player passing the ball after death. Which is caused by the huge delay in the game. Cause on their screen they actually threw the ball before they died. Another thing I don't understand is why my characters position isnt synced with the server correcly. Sometimes when trying to score, and you're actually in the score zone (again, from my pov) nothing happens. Instead I'm getting told by my guild mates on mumble I'm not standing on the line yet, even though I'm doing that from my pov. 4. All Abilities Any ability used AND activated according to my pov right before death doesn't in fact count at all, even though I'm getting a cooldown and seing the visual effects of the spell. Here's a video showing me using Force Wave on 2 persons right before I'm dying. Nothing happens to them while I'm getting a cooldown on the spell.
