I run this set-up but with an i7-920 and 6GB of RAM. When I run the game I have no issues but my RAM usage sits around 3.5GB when playing. As such I agree with others that you need more RAM.

Duh, but Bioware said Light/Dark would not affect gear access, and it does. Do you enjoy being lied to? I don't.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought Bioware said that Dark/Light choices would not affect access to the best gear. But I see that the relics are all restricted to Dark/Light levels, with the higher the level of the item, the higher the Dark/Light level required. Has anyone seen equivalent high level relics with no Dark/Light restrictions on them? I know I haven't. So either: 1) I've just never seen these neutral high relics or 2) Bioware lied to us and Light/Dark choises do affect your access to the games best gear Can any player or Bioware confirm or deny which of these is correct please. Thanks.

I play a Smuggler and romanced Akaavi all the way to getting married last night and nothing has changed. Whenever I dismiss her, summon her, or just click on her for fun, she still says the same things she said when I first met her. Now I realize she is a crazed, blood-thirsty bounty hunter so I'm not expecting, "Good evening, Dear. How was your day at work today?" But some sort of upgrade from her usual, "Hello" and "My guns itch" would be a bit more appropriate when we chat now. Thanks.

The friends list should be account wide. Having to update each toon individually is ridiculous. And not being able to see if your friends are playing on the opposite faction is an equal pain in the butt. Please, make this happen ASAP!

Yeah, I remember that toon, and noted to my friend that she too looked like a **** star. I can deal with the adults females having giant *****, but on a little girl, that's a little sick.

First MMO I'm guessing. No worries, once you figure out how to play your class (which skills to use in what order and in which situations, which to save, and which to use non-stop, etc), and learn how fight bosses (watching for AOEs, interupts, knockbacks, adds, etc) things will get easier. Don't be a complainer though, when you get beat figure out why and then go back with a new strategy. Adapt and survive!

With ya on the map. It needs some serious work to be useful. I have a better chance of getting to objectives by letting my dog work my keyboard than by me using that map.

Agreed, lol. 16 is way to much. 8 is too much, but within reason.

I have an i7-920, GTX 560 Ti CU, with 6GB and while playing this game my CPU averages about 35% with spikes to about 75% and memory usage is super low at around 2.2-2.5 GB.

Hmmm, that is weird. My rig runs the game flawlessly with everything set on high so your should have no issues. Here are my system specs: CPU - x386 RAM - 128MB GPU - Rage IIc HDD - 6GB Hope this helps. Latres!

Wow, such a noob reply. Not everyone is a Star Wars fan and pre-ordered the game. And it's impossible to get your own opinion without actually buying the game and playing it, unless you have a friend who owns it and will let you play. Therefore, a lot of people look at other people's opinions to decide whether they want to spend money on something, be it a video game or something else.
