For about the last 5 levels or more (don't really pay that much attention so I can't say exactly when it started) I have not been getting ANY XP for kills. I get XP for exploring, turning in quests, WZs, FPs, etc, but not for kills. Does not matter where I am, I get no XP for killing MOBs. I can loot them so I know the program knows it's me killing them. Logging out did not fix the issue. What's up with that?!?!?

August actually. I cancelled mine over the weekend but it won't actually run out until August. And yeah, I bought D3. And GW2 will be next I'm sure. SWTOR just got really boring, really fast.

Ditto. A number of people in my guild have the same issue as well. I usually tolerate it as long as I can then reboot the client. But with D3 coming out tonite, I won't have to tolerate it any more!

Well, now subs are down 25.000001% since I just cancelled mine. Just bored, FPs weren't fun anymore, Ops weren't fun anymore, PVP wasn't fun anymore, didn't feel like levelling a toon to 50 would be fun the 5th time around, so I'm out. Not even sure where I'm going. Back to LOTRO? Probably not. On to D3? Nope, doesn't interest me at all. Waiting for GW2? Might give it a try, if it ever comes out. For now I'll focus on walking my dog, riding my motorcycle, and just enjoying the warm weather. Hey, I live in Calgary, we don't get much warm weather! And no, you can't have my stuff.

So if my playstyle/participation is to guard someone long enough to get my one medal then just do nothing the rest of the match but move my toon around enough not to get AFK kicked, that's cool with you?

Similar for me, I do most of my PVPing during the day when it's mostly solos like me out. Once the evening rolls in, so do the premades, and that's my cue to head off to PVE land.

Whatever. The last MMO I played (LOTRO) you could enter instances from ANYWHERE. No one had to travel all the way across Middle-earth (or the universe in SWTOR) to get to an instance. Saved so much time and effort that raids actually started on time!

Rated warzones would fix this. Although I'm sure Bioware will find a way to screw it up. Assuming they ever even implement rated warzones.

Really, 2 of any class, or any class make-up, should own anyone. Add a third, and it should be a slaughter. These three commandos just plain suck.

Actually, yes. The first loser gets a silver medal and the second loser gets a bronze medal. And all the other losers get a goverment sponsered vacation. Not a bad deal for all the losers if you ask me.

This is one of those things that shouldn't need to be posted, but there are so many people doing this simple concept completely wrong and screwing over their team I just have to post it. So here's what you need to know: 1) Guard only works within 30m. 2) Guard only works with line-of-sight. 3) When you guard someone, you can not be guarded. 4) One person can only be guarded by one person at a time, regardless of how close they are. So in order to EFFECTIVELY guard someone, you need to have line-of-sight and you need to be close. So when you're on opposite sides of an objective or half way across the map from the person you're guarding, you're screwing two people out of being guarded. So if you get separated from the person you're guarding, remember to toggle off the guard, you're team, and other tanks, will thank you.

Wrong, with talent tree traits some classes (Sniper for sure) have dots that last 30 seconds.
